Game 3 thoughts... - Beuhler was great. It's too bad Charlie Morton wasn't up to the challenge. - Last night was a reminder to Dave Roberts that if the game is close, DO NOT bring in Kenley Jansen. - I like Mookie Betts, but the announcers raving about his defense and base running while his offense has been mediocre is tiring. $365 mil contract, postseason totals...15 games, 6 Doubles, 1 HR, and 7 RBI. - Tampa has shown they don't have the offense to come back, if falling behind by more than a couple runs. Game 4... Dodgers win tonight this series is all but over. Therefore, here's hoping for a Tampa win tongiht.

This is assuming he is even “active” for the game.

I would have expected something more like this from Fitz... “Yes I am disappointed but I have been on enough teams to know that this is how it goes sometimes. Therefore, I will do everything I can to help Tua, and at the same time, be ready to go in, if needed.” Instead, he came across as whiny, especially about having to sit in a room on a zoom call for 4 hours(QB meeting?).

I’m just getting old and cranky 😂, but I mostly stopped wearing Bills gear when out of town(I’m in WNY), because of this. I don’t mind if I’m sitting at a bar while on vacation, and someone wants to talk about the Bills season(if I happen to have a Bills cap on), but just randomly yelling at strangers “Go Bills”...no thank you.

For the fans yearning for Beane to do something, he already did. He spent 10’s of million in cap space on mediocre DL players. His only move now is to sit on the sidelines and try to fix the mess he has made, in the off-season.

1st two games disappointing in that they weren’t close(1 run game or tie game) late in the game.

I guess I’m wondering when things go south with a player(s), who is too blame? Accountability?

I’m sure it is a closely guarded secret at OBD, but how much say do you think McD has in terms of personnel? I’m not talking about who starts and who sits, I’m referring to what players are signed, traded, and drafted, and which players either don’t make the 53 man roster, or in the case of Spain, cut loose in mid-season. Bottom line...how much blame goes to McD for the OL and DL disasters despite $$$ thrown at the problem?

Beane’s attempt to rebuild the OL and DL has been a failure. He handed out a lot of money, and got a poor return on his investment.

A coach who refuses to change when something is clearly not right, is doomed to fail. That includes players, coaches and schemes.

Has any team even brought him in for a workout? If the answer is no, that probably gives you an idea of the shape he is in.

If this is a HC decision, he is a joke. If the decision is coming from the owner or GM, the HC is in a bad situation.

I agree on this. While he may not be superstar material, he appears to be more than adequate.

Is the problem lack of talent in terms of run blocking or blocking schemes? This needs to be corrected. They need to be able to run the ball to go anywhere this year.

I said this in another thread last night. Watch Edmunds on Darrell Williams TD, unblocked, and takes himself out of the play by running through an OL gap that was nowhere near the ball carrier.
