Every time I think about this subject or open this thread, I continue to feel that the compensation is backwards. Why wouldn't the team who is hiring and promoting the minority to the two most powerful positions in the football side of the business, be the ones getting rewarded in terms of draft picks? Instead, the team NOT promoting the minority is to be commended/rewarded for holding them back(not promoting them)?

The first set of ATT commercials with her in them (from a couple years ago??), I thought she was hot. The current set of ads...I find here to be more annoying than anything else.

I will admit that my fandom which goes back to the late 60's has waned over the last 20 years of mediocrity. I no longer am invested as I once was. That being said, when Johnson intercepted the pass and was around the Bills 20 yard line, I jumped off the couch and started yelling GO! I honestly can't remember the last time watching a Bills game in my living room, that I had that same reaction. It was kind of like at a horse race, when the pack comes around the final turn, and shot out of a cannon, here comes the favorite, and he leaves the field in the dust. That horses name...Taron Johnson. Maybe my fandom still have a little life still in it. Two down, two to go. Survive and advance.

The Chargers may change their mind if the game continues this way.

Do you think when it snows really hard that the Bills practice outside or in the field house? There is no advantage for the Bills in a snow game.

The Bills did a lot of good things to get them to the next round(survive and advance!). I didn't expect Old Man Rivers to perform as well as he did(which is partially attributed to no pass rush and less than average defense). Most bothersome...a 14 point 4th quarter lead was nearly blown. That being said, Josh had a couple of hiccups, but otherwise ran and passed the Bills to a victory. This week can't go fast enough. Can't wait for the weekend.

I see that Daboll interviewed with the Jets today. It makes you wonder how much of a distraction preparing for an interview would be with play calling in a playoff game the previous day?

I'm all in favor of activating any RB who can gain a yard on 2nd and 1, or 3rd and 1. 3 attempts yesterday...3 fails. Has been a problem most of the season.

On a related note, I can’t watch anything Rich Eisen is hosting, or a part of. Goes back to go his days at ESPN, when the SC announcers started making the broadcast all about them with various levels of schtick.
