11 DL and 6 LB, 17 roster spots, or roughly 30% of the 53 man roster. Seems excessive, and I will be interested to see how many of these 17 dress each week. I'm too lazy to look it up, but I'd be interested to know if any other team comes close to this number of DL/LB(17).
Never knowing which way the wind will blow, and how strong the winds will be, there is no way to protect the majority of the seats from the elements. Some of them, maybe.
Hopefully this clown is out of the league for good. No team would want him as a mentor to a young QB, and I don’t think he is taking a $1-2mil contract to chase a ring as a backup QB. IMO...I’m not even sure a ring is that important to him. Goodbye and good riddance.
As the game ended there was a quick shot of a player who appeared to be hobbling. I thought it was Sanders, bit not positive. Was anything said about him being hurt during the game?
