Anyone flipping over to the baseball game? Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer just got thrown out of the game; his finger was bleeding like a gusher. They stopped the game to check it out...blood all over the place. I've never seen anything like that.

They were also coming off a Thursday night game before our last matchup, and it didn't seem to help them. That was with a different QB though!

Impossible for Dareus not to make a positive impact, given his caliber of play. He WILL improve the D. He will also make everyone around him better. A total sports cliche, but that is true for Marcel. Shaq? He is much more of a wildcard. He may not have nearly the impact we would hope for. We will find out when he returns...and the sooner the better!

Impossible to count wins and losses in the NFL before the games are played. Keep in mind nothing is likely to stay as it is today by the time these games are played, simply as a result of injury for both teams if nothing else. What if Shady had been lost for a month or the season yesterday? Every prediction on that schedule would have immediately gone out the window. What if Big Ben can't play against us? That's a huge difference maker. Take it a week at a time. We should beat Miami and we have to do so. Keep building confidence. That's important!

In a sense, yes. The 0-2 team looked dead and like it was going to win 4 games all year. The change at OC has produced an entirely different looking offense and we have now won 4 straight. We now look like a different team possibly capable of somehow sneaking into the playoffs, though our biggest challenges are in front of us for sure. The key now is to take care of business in Miami and then ENJOY the NE re-match at home. That is shaping up to be one hell of a big, important, exciting, and FUN football game, if we play up to expectations.

The plot thickens. Take care of business in Game 7 and then watch out for Game 8. Could be one of the more meaningful games this team has played in a LONG time.
