  1. He's a fringe talent who probably could have hung around for a few years, bounced from team to team, and collected enough $ to live the rest of his life on, easily...while essentially never doing anything at the position. He just pissed that away. What an ass.
  2. The top 15 passing teams in terms of overall yardage so far this year have @ 1,000 yards or more passing than we do. We're dead last, the only team in the league still below 1,000 total yards, sitting proudly in 32nd position with 906 yards. We are not even good enough to be a bad passing team. We're an irrelevant team.
  3. I think McBeane will not out-live Josh Allen or be given the opportunity to draft a second QB. And I think Josh Allen will go the way of EJ some time during next season. So yes, failed regime.
  4. What is frustrating is that Josh Allen is sitting around injured and not developing or trying to develop, which makes the season more or less a waste, at least for the time being.
  5. This is 100% true. The funny thing is the idiotic majority here will berate you for this viewpoint, while being wrong. Then when the future becomes the present and you are proven right, the idiotic majority will ignore the fact they were wrong and move to the next hot topic to be wrong about then. It's how it works here.
  6. Quite possibly! Between this one and the N.Texas one, it looks like pedophiles aren't just creepy old white men. There's no doubt these last 2 have some thing going on where they are sexually attracted to young boys.
  7. She looks crazy. LOL. I caught that too. Probably a widely practiced, well known form of recreation in that part of the world. She's 32 I think it said, married, and has 2 kids. She's f-ing around with a 16 year old. Pedophile.
  8. "Package also contained suspicious white powder." Sounds like some good old fashioned domestic terrorism.
  9. This may be true, but remember, our team is what it is because our coach and GM made it that way. It might be a good idea to design the team to be able to play the more effective type of football.
  10. It's a shame the number retirement is taking place on this night of all nights. It would be great if the team could find a way to win this game.
  11. Absolutely. We have the leverage here, I think, so I'd hold out for a 3rd or even more, if Beane can pull it off. But if we can get a 3rd, he's gone faster than you can say "Shady".
  12. 3u751k, put down the bottle of gin and try to sleep it off.
  13. Disagree with the bolded; he's lost. If he was going to be a good one, he would not be lost right now. PS: Of course it all begins (and ends) with the QB position. It's why we should draft another one with our upcoming high pick. We won't.
  14. This is true. Michael Vick did some pretty sick stuff and it didn't get him black balled from the league. Colin Kaepernick exercised his freedom of speech, the same freedom that countless American soldiers have died to protect and preserve, and that got him blackballed. That ain't right.
  15. I hope they can tinker with it some more prior to Monday night, and cook up a recipe for maiming Tom Brady. The actual score is of secondary concern.
  16. Don't discount the Arizona Cardinals either! There are going to be several teams vying for "worst in the league" honors this year, and I don't think we will win that contest. How the draft order plays out, who is in front of us, what their QB needs are, what college QBs decide to come out and/or make a name for themselves this year, and how that might relate to us trading down and acquiring tons of picks is all going to be a lot more interesting than this actual football season, unfortunately. I would be happy with a bottom 3 finish, but I think even that might be tough to pull off.
  17. That Cowboys game, in particular, was like a giant kick to the nut sack, IMO. Frustrating and lots of pain. Try to relax. The whole thing is a lot more fun and easy to take when you decide to accept it and let go.
  18. The world is incredibly lucky that Adolf Hitler, in his brilliance, threw most of the Jewish physicists out of the country in the 1930s. He referred to nuclear engineering as "that Jewish science" and figured therefore it was worthless. Fast Forward to 1944/early 1945. War going horribly; Hitler desperately looking for a "wonder weapon" that could bring the war to an end in Germany's favor. He was focusing on things that would not have nearly enough impact like tanks, jet aircraft, rocket aircraft, the rocket program, etc. It is ironic that the "wonder weapon" he needed (nuclear weapons) was one of the research programs he gutted going after Jews. A Hiroshima sized bomb dropped on Moscow, killing Stalin and the entire regime, Washington DC, London, and the 1.5 million Soviet soldiers packing in for the final push on Berlin along the Oder river in Poland could well have altered the war in Germany's favor, or at least created a situation that allowed for Germany to remain an independent state, returned back to its pre-war boundaries.
  19. I have been thinking about pitching speed as well lately. It used to be that like 92 was pretty good and there were a few freaks around the league who get it up into the high 90s. But no more than 2 or 3 of those guys in the whole league during any little era of play. Now it's like every team has multiple guys who can hit high 90s. On a related note, there has to be a speed threshold where a human being simply can no longer hit the ball. I wonder how high that truly is; would make an interesting experiment with a pitching machine. Keep edging it up until the best hitters go 0 for 50 swings. I also wonder if humans beings (pitchers) will be able to ever hit that speed threshold! Probably not, but there are a lot of good MLB hitters who have real trouble hitting high 90s/100 mph balls for sure. If it ever got up to like 105/110? Might ruin the game.
  20. LOL. Really nice guy! Down to earth, remembers where he came from.
  21. Rather than nearly zero chance to win an insane fortune, I wish they could divvy up the money so that you had a reasonable shot at a much smaller, but nice, sum.
