  1. Is this correct? Anyone else care to weigh in? I mean that is pretty doable! Jags beat Titans, Chargers lose to either Jets or Raiders, we get killed in NE and find a way to beat the Dolphins again down in Miami. That is not what I'd call impossible.
  2. New England in Miami is just one of those matchups that doesn't work well for the Patriots, for whatever reason. New England has Pittsburgh's number for some reason; the Giants beat Brady/Belichick twice in the Superbowl; they kind of have their number. The league is filled with such match-ups. Pittsburgh is substantially better than the Bills and they couldn't take down NE on home turf, and we have no history of good luck with our matchup with New England in the Brady era. I.E., we are almost certainly going to lose the game. Fun to hope we can win though, and I'll be cheering for the Bills. I will also be rooting for serious injury to Tom Brady, but I do that in every game he plays, and he never seems to get hurt.
  3. To the OP: There are a whole bunch of teams in both conferences who will NOT make the playoffs who could be more or less described by your take on the Bills. Secondly, how many NFL fans around the country, who are NOT Bills fans, are lining up with their money to bet that the Bills make the playoffs? Try to distance your love of the team from your analysis of the team.
  4. Expressing a viewpoint that opposes the team or the franchise's actions is not trollin'. Who said this place is supposed to be a Bills Booster Club where everyone is supposed to be a Kool-Aid Drinking fool? Go form a Bills Booster Club forum if that is what you are looking for. Hopefully you can take a lot of the Klueless Kool Aid Krowd around here with you! This would be such a better place after such a purge!
  5. Oh my God! The first 2 minute intro to that thing is like 95% "Stonehenge" from Spinal Tap!
  6. ^^^ The inventor of the jumping on a flaming table while tailgating thing, despite what others might claim.
  7. No, you are thinking of Jon BON JOVI. This Bob Jovi, unrelated to the rock star...he is a billionaire from California. Made his money in the gold rush of 1849.
  8. Not sure if this has been mentioned, but shouldn't the play have been over the moment the tip of the ball crossed the plane of the goal line and created a touchdown? Why does the rule governing "completing the catch" supersede the rule saying a TD is scored the moment the plane is crossed? I guess the theory is no completion of catch = no possession = no one ever crossed the plane to score a TD....but he did cross the plane and 100 out of 100 football fans watching that play thought "TD!" as it unfolded. What a **** rule.
  9. I believe this is the guy "who died today at the stadium jumping on a table" as was brought up in the game day thread. I guess rumors of his demise were exaggerated.
  10. Players are on time for meetings and it seems like they actually want to be there?! I guess previously that was not the case? And these guys are making 6, 7, and 8 figure salaries. LOL.
  11. He's proven far more than that. He's proven he's not that bright straight up.
  12. In fairness, for the vast majority of their existence, they have.
  13. Look at White shaking hands in the front row of the crowd The guy is a superstar! Love to see that.
  14. It is cold out there; 54 may be out of range today. The ball does dead and is like a brick on a day like this.
  15. Let's hope so! We are witnessing the continued rebirth of an old rivalry that has been dead for a long time. I love it!
  16. Boy, the weather side of the Little Rock is in rough shape. Slap a coat of paint on her.
