I thought he was trying to hit with his shoulder though the helmets did touch. Didn't seem like the most egregious "targeting" move of all time though.

It's weird how they write a big yard marker number on the field every 5 yards and not every 10 like most places. And there's a TD for 'Bama. And they muff the PAT. LOL.

Almost threw a pick, maybe even a pick 6!

First opening drive for 'Bama this year that resulted in a punt. Crowd going nuts down there. Anyone watching?!

"I'll hang up and listen." Schopp absolutely hates it when people say "how are you guys doing" as it's unnecessary, callers don't expect an answer, and it just takes up show/call time. He's right. Yet almost everyone does it anyway. And then Bulldog always responds quickly by saying "Thanks what's on your mind?" or something like that to get it going.

Who's watching? This game could be excellent, especially as it's in Death Valley. I'll be pulling for LSU. Fantastic atmosphere in the stadium at kickoff.

Is that true? $100 million in career earnings and for what? What has this guy ever done? Nothing! The economics of the game, particularly at the QB position, need to change.

‘Game of Thrones’ Prequel

You know, his character is 10,000 miles removed from the world of castle and dragons, but he would actually be fantastic in a GOT setting if his character was done correctly. Only downside is his lack of English accent (wouldn't fit in the sound of the show) and I highly doubt Banks can do a convincing one. Exactly when it's set or the direction they take with it really isn't important for me. As long as the writers are the same, the lifeblood of the show will be just as good. At that point, it's just an excuse to keep the world created in the show going for more episodes, which works for me! -

Interesting! On a related note, if you enjoy good documentaries and are old enough to remember arcade games like "Donkey Kong" you owe it to yourself to watch "King of Kong" which is one hell of a good, funny, interesting documentary about the world of competitive Donkey Kong playing. Great fun, and currently posted in its entirety on Youtube for free! -
Every time I see or hear "Nick Mullens" I think of "Beth Mowins" and a chill comes over me.

I've mentioned it in other threads as well, but have a look at our 1971 stats. Arguably the worst season in Bills history. At the halfway mark of this season, we are on pace to be worse than 1971 in terms of point differential. We were -210 in 1971 (14 game season). We are currently -113. Our opponent on Sunday, the Bears, are currently +50.

I disagree that a crap team and season of this magnitude were required to fix the culture and identity of the team. This "rebuild" begins and ends with the success or failure of Josh Allen, but we didn't select him with a high draft pick resulting from having a bad season anyway. We burned assets and players to get him in the draft following a playoff season! Burning the franchise to the ground is not necessary if you think Allen is your guy and is going to be a good franchise QB for many years to come. We are likely to select (gulp) a defensive lineman with our high first pick next year. We already had one until these guys gave him away for nothing. And the new guy will have close to zero impact on wins and losses regardless. This team went to the playoffs last year. Why did it all need to be torn down? What it needed was a QB better than Tyrod, and in theory, we got that in last year's draft without having a high pick resulting from a bad year. So why the tear down? If you think Allen is the man, (and McBeane do) then we had a playoff team with the man at QB going into this season. Again, why the tear down? -
Too much bad music in the world to list.
