  1. Dream draft: LB Khalil Mack or Anthony Barr in the first. Either take TE Ebron in the second or, more likely, trade up into the first to pick him. Brandon Coleman or Donte Moncrief in the third. That'd be a dream first three rounds next year.
  2. That second one is a fake new site who creates hoaxes themselves and then releases fake statements refuting them.

  4. Nobody. I know somebody has to be, but I'm not paying a safety over $7 mill a year. Too easy to find a guy that can get the job done for much less. You pay a guy like Mario Williams big money so you don't have to throw money at a Byrd type. With that said, I won't call it a bad move if they go to $8 mill. The fact that there are safeties (Antrel Rolle, Eric Weddle, Troy Polamalu, Dashon Goldson) have cap hits over $10 mill for some seasons is crazy.
  5. I've been on the "let Byrd walk/trade him" train for a while, but the needle is strongly pointed back the other way. I'm not willing to even consider making him the highest paid safety in the league, but I would be willing to give him a fat contract. The "best of the rest" group isn't even a compliment. It should just be titled "the rest" because there's 29 guys before that and then there are 20 in that group. So it makes 49 which is basically enough to say they included everybody that starts and plays a lot.
  6. I think the Bills could make it in at 8-8, but I have a feeling we end up 7-9 or 6-10.
  7. He's not done in the NFL. Somebody will take a flyer on him.
  8. I don't like Chandler. This offense still has a long ways to go. But most positions (QB, RB, LT, C, RG, RT, WR) have players that are either too talented or too young to replace yet. So that leaves the TE and/or LG position as spots that need to improve. The rest is just waiting to see if the youth that you have is really as good as it can be.
  9. As much as it pains me to say it, I do think the Bills are heading out of town. I NEVER EVER thought I would admit that. I don't know if I was in denial or what, but I just always thought it made no sense to move the team. And it really doesn't make sense. Why in the world would you want to move a profitable team in a market like Buffalo? It just doesn't make sense. Pro sports struggle to find these types of markets. The ones that don't have a whole lot of people but still do well.
  10. So wait... She's 18 and drinking at her wedding?
  11. The second sentence shows a distinct lack of research on Glennon. He's not a mobile guy as far as getting out of the pocket and running around, but he's got the best mobility of anybody WITHIN the pocket in this draft. By a long shot. He's got that pocket mobility you want to see from your pro QB. Steps up when the pressure comes from the outside, steps from side to side when the rush comes up the middle. I LOVED Glennon coming into the draft. When he was being talked about as a potential first rounder I wanted him badly. Then he kind of fell off the radar a bit, and he wasn't really in the conversation anymore.
  12. Glennon definitely has been the best rookie QB. By a pretty wide margin. He hasn't been making mistakes, and he's been making plays. No other rookie QB can say that.
  13. This is my view on Andre Reed's HoF status: Individually, he's not a Hall of Famer. It's not that big of a travesty that he's not in. HOWEVER, as part of the Buffalo Bills team that went to the Superbowl an unprecedented FOUR times in a row, he is a Hall of Famer. He was one of the "big four" players, and should be in because of the part he played in that.
  14. There are none in this draft. They won't be drafting a QB, so the OLB spot is the next choice. Get either Barr or Mack to put alongside Kiko. Then in the second take Ebron (he won't fall and I wouldn't be opposed to trading UP for him) to play TE, then in the third Aaron Murray would be an awesome pick. At worst Murray is a great backup.
  15. If you think the jobs report is ever true and accurate... then I'm sorry.
  16. Pretty sure he was telling him how fun having a beard is. Any other suggestion is asinine.
  17. I love when Mike and Ike are in my mouth.
  18. But they lead the league in stops behind the 15 yard line on kickoffs. Touchback percentage is an empty stat. You're better off with a guy that kicks it to the middle of the endzone and dares people to bring it out.
  19. I highly doubt this. It's not some sort of bargaining event. It's just coincidence.
  20. QBs I would take ahead of Manziel in this draft: Bridgewater, Mariota, Boyd, Murray, Mettenberger, Carr.
  21. Troublemaker. No thanks. On Byrd: Tell teams to give you a third rounder or hold on to him and let him walk. They'll get a 3rd round compensatory pick if he walks in free agency and they don't sign any big names. No reason to take anything less. This isn't a question. It's because he's been great and the team hasn't. The team needs more than just a receiver. Turn him into multiple assets and move on. I think he'll end up in Indy after this season. Something like a 2nd rounder and a young player.
  22. Wingo up officially (Bills app)
  23. I'm rooting for: Buffalo (for obvious reasons). Cincy so we can pass the Jets. New England because the wild card is the only realistic shot we have at the playoffs.
  24. The name should definitely be changed. Not a TERRIBLE idea, but it'll take some getting used to.
