  1. I don't get the disapproval of Schwartz for HC?
  2. Hughes? Spiller? Spikes? I can't help but wonder how much value the new HC will have for these players. Does Hughes mean as much? Does spiller all of a sudden become relevant? What a new year...
  3. Just like most DT's this year...
  4. Hackett better be packing his bags...SEE YA!
  5. Schwartzzyyyyy?! Rex?!? Happy New Year.
  6. His talent is tempting, yet he's hit his peak performance and is trending down. I'd rather spend the money on something more realistic. If they release him, I'd expect Dallas to pursue him as a safety in case they are unable to retain Murray
  7. With the current cap situation, I think they're looking at 23ish M to spend. How tht money will be divided, I know not.
  8. It appears Whaley and co. are all in on EJ. Despite the benching for Orton, I believe they are set on EJ. With so many other holes to fill (TE,G,T,RB) I will be watching for late round fliers in this years Senior bowl
  9. Thanks. I do like the "five best" approach. But it only makes sense if you hve guys that can take on more than one position. Maybe taking a tackle in the 2nd wouldn't be the worst idea.
  10. That's for the post. Though many of your comments/ideas are different than my own, I enjoy reading everyone's insight. My one major problem is with your O line ideas. Flipping Glenn and Henderson won't help anything IMO. Though he did regress, Glenn and a decent year filled with subpar QB play and little to no help from the OC. I wouldn't expect a mere flip of the line to solve anything. Glenn will be fine where he is. As far as Wood, he obviously struggled. However, he was playing next to below averag talent on both sides. I think he'll be okay as well. Give him some real guards to work with and it will undoubtedly improve his play. Guard needs to be addressed through FA and the draft. If you want a center, like you suggest, it would need to be early (2nd) if you're planning on him starting and kicking wood to guard. I would rather see Wood stay put, a third round guard and break the bank for Iupati this offseason. A man can dream
  11. Where is everyone getting the "Glenn to LG" idea. I know he's probably more physically suited there but has the FO or Marrone hinted at all that he'll move? Henderson is the replacement at LT? That just doesn't make any sense to me. Of course, his year was subpar and took a noticeable down turn. With all the preseason illness speculation, I can't help but wonder if that played a role in his performance
  12. As much as it does sound ridiculous, I get an overwhelming feeling that Marrone feels the answer is already in house
  13. He's undoubtedly dirty. ...that being said, I'd love to see him on our sideline next year. Get it done, Doug!
  14. I played college football and knew of one guy who was openly gay. No one cared, it was just anther teammate. I've seen plenty more 'homosexual' actions out of some of the straight player than I ever did him. I wonder it Sam construed some behaviors and is generalizing? Who knows, I wouldn't be surprised either way.
  15. Think with your brain, not your balls. GO BILLS!
  16. I'd like to think they plan on bringing one or two guys in this offseason. However, the level of talent they bring in hinges on their priorities. Are they going to spend 8 mil a year on Iupati? It also factors in to how important resigning Hughes is to them. I'm unsure of how this will shake out, but don't see them resigning Hughes AND bringing in top tier guard talent. Frankly I think they're going have to pick one or the other. Personally I'd like to see Hughes back and give our young guys time to develop.
  17. Pegula's new pride and joy, the harbor center. Go to 716 for the Sabres game. It's a sports fans dream. Huge TVs, modern bar and plenty of fans. Get the 'fan' experience without having to pay for the Sabres game, IMO. http://www.harborcenter.com/716foodandsport/about/
  18. An inside source close to the Bills say Offensive Coordinator Nate Hackett missed the plane to Detroit. Play selection to be based solely on TSW polls. 19. Solid, thanks. I wonder what the statistical marks SJ13 and Bryce Brown have to reach are....
  20. Obviously the big conversation has been about the lack of a first round pick. I'm curious as to what picks we are sitting on. I know a few are circumstantial and have yet to be decided. Anyone have any insight on the 2015 situation?
  21. this is great. well not so great in actuality, but funny, nonetheless!
  22. Butt Fumblin to Buffalo... seems about right.
  23. you can remove 'red zone' from the thread title and i'm still on board. I'm really underwhelmed by him. I hope he's saving it all for the regular season but based off last year...idk man!
