  1. Sign me up. I do honestly believe the recent history of prime time games in Buffalo will keep them from getting one @ the Ralph
  2. That got me jacked up! Early marketing for a prime time game?!
  3. We are the same man. It's amazing how the outcome of the Buffalo Bills game can change the while course of my week. I think I have a problem.
  4. Being from Rochester and living in BuffLo the past 6 years, I've found them to be very similar. To me, they are both home and Bills country. You can find just as many die hard fans willing to take the hour long ride down the 90 at the Ralph. Haters gunna hate. But in the end, we all hope the Bills bring a SB ring back to NY, regardless of your geographical opinion.
  5. Cool. There are not enough stories like this. Glad to see he is making buffalo home EDIT: I know it's Rochester but Western NY nonetheless
  6. Bryce Brown And you could make an argument for guys like Easley or Thigpen
  7. Henderson isn't guarenteed anything either. Another reason a tackle makes sense at 50
  8. Pick the most well rounded OL available. A tackle who could play guard preferably. Insurance at tackle and a starter at guard.
  9. Amen, brother. Nothing wrong with a little discussion though So what you're saying is that squats are only acceptable when getting off the couch to get a cold bottle of suds? Love it.
  10. They probably have position specific workouts. I find it very interesting that you think DE would focus on upper body development. Most players/positions benefit from lower body explosion
  11. Fair enough. It seems as though the excersises you suggest are all isolation movements. Athletes, especially football players, generally utilize full-body, compound lifts.
  12. I'm sure Ciano has the supplementing in workouts for their back and core as well. They guys squat the house for sure. I'd be willing to be all 32 teams and most D1 big five schools free squat. Sure, it can be dangerous, but when done properly, is tremendously beneficial. Four core lifts for football IMO: Power clean Squat Dead lift Incline bench
  13. Awesome piece. I'm really interested to see the amount of on line vs H back Clay will play. Is expect 50-50
  14. I think lack of a first round pick has deterred people from mocks. But the 50th and 81st picks have been discussed thoroughly in other threads
  15. Squat is the most important lift. When done properly, like Ciano was explaining, they are no worse than anything else. He seems very knowledgable about nutrition and excersise. If you think any other team is doing things differently, you're wrong.
  16. Thanks, Yolo. Real interesting stuff about nutrition. I didn't know anything about the dining room until that listen. 6 pre-weighed meals. Pretty awesome stuff.
  17. I don't see Rex letting Gilmore leave, no matter what. This mock is ridiculous, the bills will not be picking 20th. They will be picking 32nd. Thank you, that is all.
  18. Well just great, who is going to be the designated OL for the non-football illness list this training camp.... Thanks Cordy.
  19. Yep. I hated all the hype he got too. Outstanding player but he bothered me
  20. Alex Simth, Colin Kaep, EJ Manuel? He's done it before. Put your guys in. Position to be successful (unlike cantHackett)
  21. This schedule is INsane. Search function maybe?
