  1. ...are on the non-football/injured list. Per bills text
  2. Agreed. It appears they're preparing for the possibly of losing Glenn next year by giving him reps at LT.
  3. Interesting. Since that year they finished 9-7, third in the division and short of a playoff birth, I'm going to have to say 2015 because I expect more than that this year. Nice job on the talent comparison. Only thing that I'd argue is the WR, which I believe was better in 2004 that it will be now (due to the offensive focus on McCoy and lack of QB)
  4. It could possibly be a season ticket holder who sold off one of their games. As a STH, exchange gives you an option to transfer their games from their card account to paper tickets. This is most likely the case for your tickets.
  5. Yes, I think that's why it's extremely difficult. I made that mistake my first year, drafting darelle revis in his first stint with the jets. Thinking he was the best corner in the game, I figured he would rack up a lot of points. Problem was, he is the best corner in the game and very infrequently challenged, resulting in a limited amount of tackles. Lesson learned (take safeties instead)
  6. Spot on. That's exactly why I love the IDP. It forces you to learn all positions and learn about gems that no one knows exist. A lot of tremendous players recognition are lost in the overshadowing of a terrible team or a good defense. Also, IDP is really difficult, if recommend it to those who've never tried.
  7. Not at all surprised a majority of people prefer watching offensive players. I might be in the minority that enjoys watching the defensive guys more. I play in an IDP fantasy league, so following them closely is even more interesting for me. It really opens your eyes to the other side of the ball
  8. I, too, enjoy watching luck. It makes week 1 even more exciting for us!
  9. Who do you try and watch (or root for) outside of our team? I've always found it interesting to see who people enjoy just to watch, regardless of winning or losing. So who do you enjoy watching play football, with no opinion on the outcome of their game? Offensively - Julio Jones (been following him since he was coming out of highschool) Defensively - Luke Kuechly (I was so upset when he went a pick before we took Gilmore)
  10. Nice post. Thanks for sharing. Go bills.
  11. Dan Carpenter is perfect on all field goal attempts
  12. Idk how anyone could pick option 2 after not being a serious contender for the past 15 years.
  13. I'm finding that the traditional "college coach" who has made the jump to the NFL is not one that is favored by players. Chip, Harbough, Saban, these are great college coaches who run tight ships and have extremely rigid expectations. Expectations that can be me by easily influenced young college players for 3 or 4 years. However, bringing this mentality to NFL players seems to be unsettling for their lockrooms. Professionals don't want to be treated like they're in college and prefer to play for more player friendly coaches. Regardless of how successful all three coaches I mentioned are, I believe that their personalities and programs are structured to be successful short term, with new, open minded players every few years
  14. I'm all for any route that gets him the ball quickly in space. Bring on the slants
  15. My understanding is that his contract is too hefty to keep, given the need to lock up other key players (Dareus, Gilmore, Glenn) therefore, if he crushes it for us this year, they will likely restructure before they void his deal. However, if he does produce and believes he can get a good deal,it would be in his best interest to force the void but not restructuring/resigning and seek tol dollar on the open market. But who the hell knows. I could be totally wrong.
  16. Unable to call I till Wednesday. I was hoping to get some extra tix for weeks 1 and 2 but I'm not feeling too hopeful after reading this thread.
  17. Disregarding the QB position, I'd say Harvin. Most people might not think of him as someone who has a lot to prove, but could very easily revitalize his career with a stellar season. By showing he healthy, reliable and a non-issue in the locker room, he could quite possibly land a huge deal next offseason. His triple threat of receiving rushing and returning can be very valuable to many teams. Edit: I miss the TC component. I was referring to season as a whole.
  18. Car in question was found with four deflated tired
