  1. Things I'm excited for: 1) watching one of the most elusive RBs in the league 2) Hughes, Brown Brothers and LorAx 3) Apple Ales and stir fry
  2. Aaron Rodgers... You'll be okay. If not this year, the next.
  3. In 31 career games spanning over four years, Glass has 32 career catches for a total of 607 yards. If he goes out and drops 160 yards tonight, it won't be because Seattle is missing Kam Chancellor. I find it highly unlikely he'll catch two bombs in a single game, let alone three.
  4. Uhhh Idt it will result in Goodwin going for 160 yards.
  5. Some guys just can't shut up. I know we've had this discussion before but just because you went to Stanford doesn't make you smart. I'm not a fan of his
  6. Someone bring back the negative thread from a year or two ago and merge it with this crap
  7. Limited offensive weapons vs a stout hawks defensive. Baldwin will beat someone deep for a TD. Hawks 22 Bills 13
  8. What makes you think they will lose to the jags. And don't bring up London
  9. I think you have to give some credit to Rex for recognizing his own flaws. He said it himself that he verbally oversteps limits that he shouldn't and said he won't be doing that this season. So sure, it could have been a wish of the Pegulas but I also think he's recognizing a little humility in his tenure here
  10. We'll be in for a long evening if they can establish the run. Here's to hoping Rex and Thurman can get creative in supplementing the lack of depth at DL
  11. Like him or hate him as a coach, Rex seems like a guy I'd love to shoot the **** with over some beers
  12. Maybe we should junk it for parts
  13. Wilton Speight anyone?
  14. What's the lemon law on DL these days?
  15. Mike Evans is a monster
  16. I'd love to see the Bills take another value QB in the 2017 draft. Idt that every year is the answer, but we have seen time and time again, other clubs finding value in mid round picks while they already have a starter (I.e. Kirk Cousins).
  17. He was also at the Sabres game the day before the home loss to the Pats.
  18. 9-7 could possibly squeak you into the playoffs Wins vs. Jax, Mia and Clev and NJ Loss vs. Pitt, Oak, Seattle and Cinn. That puts you at 8-8. So in order to even have a chance at playoffs, you need to win the games you're supposed to (yikes) AND steal one vs. a better ranked opponent. If I had to pick one, maybe Pitt at home? It's not looking too hot but it ain't over til it's over
  19. Are we just looking to blame EVERYONE for these last two loses? Clay is not the problem.
  20. Cool topic, lots of interesting thoughts. I think the answer, like many before me mention, is somewhere in between. If you simply pick character guys, you're missing out of talent that could potentially be a great value. However if you simply look to employ those will injury or behavioral issues, you run the risk of shortened careers and self-implosion. i think the pats do actually do this as well. The difference being they can recognize when it isn't working (I.e, Collins, Jones, etc) and can get somebody return value for taking the risk. Therefore, thy siphoned the success out of these character guys and unload them right before they are due huge pay days or are too damaging to the team.
  21. Suck for Charles and the Chiefs. Cool story, good runner, hope he gets back healthy next year
  22. Hell yea man, that had to feel good. We all need to vent once and a while. Just try to keep the last few games in perspective.
