  1. Cut Eifert, he is always hurt Really? Hmmm a time share running back takin the heat?
  2. Do Bengals fans talk about a player like we do Mario/Gilmore? If so, who? I feel like they have a talented roster. Why are they worse this year
  3. CIN wins are against average to below average opponents and their losses/tie to quality opponents. Are we the same team?
  4. Shady will have a field day if he can get one on one vs the Bengals LBs
  5. Giants secondary doing their best Bills impression thus far
  6. Who will cover Eifert next weekend
  7. Well good news is the Bengals defense looks awful so far. The bad news is that it was a complete aerial assault. Hopefully Lynn takes note
  8. Good read here on what makes teams elite in the RZ. Those looking for a quick summary, Mays calls Brady and Brees the top RZ QBs for the ability to throw the ball with accuracy as well and the scheme that their offenses present. On the other end, he also claims TT, Prescott and in particular, Newton, give teams an edge with being able to run the ball in a unique fashion that certain teams just don't posses. So which side are you on? Is TT effective enough in the RZ as a runner to make up for his inability to throw the ball with pin point accuracy and precision? I believe he is. And if used correctly, as Mays puts it, could be devastating. https://theringer.com/nfl-offenses-red-zone-efficiency-panthers-saints-patriots-3f6ae285941a#.belxkuz76
  9. This is why social media is both awesome and awful
  10. I agree. A player of his potential forces defenses to game plan differently. Certain players, Clay in particular, has taken a lot of heat for his lack of production. Sure, he has been underwhelming thus far but I do think having a real threat will open up areas for Clay to thrive. Now if we can just figure out how to get our guys the ball so they aren't running out of bounds, into defenders or out of bounds....
  11. I'm all for spreading the ball too. So many people suggest heavily targeting Sammy, myself included. I just hope people who call for Watkins 10 targets a game understand that those 10 targets have to be meaningful. He is not a similar receiver to Mike Evans or Julio Jones, where you can just throw it up to him. IMO, these targets need to be calculated throws that were crafted on a weekly basis to expose match ups. I'd hate to see the hitch, hitch, fade pattern continue. To me, that wasn't working. I'm curious on how the board feels he needs to be used moving forward?
  12. Currently, the Bills sit 12th in the AFC.
  13. I see where you're coming from here. I agree with a lot. Although I disagree that adding a better player wouldn't help. The Bills are awful at YAC and it feels as if they rarely make plays after getting the ball. I think this offense misses a guy like Watkins who has shown he can turn the 8 yard slant into 80. Bob Woods showed a little of this Monday night but not nearly enough to be considered a number one option. Adding homerun, play makers who can make something happen after the catch will help. On the other hand, I'm not sure this offense is conceptually built to put guys in the position to make plays after the catch. It is the absolute opposite scheme of Brady. We take the hitches, the short outs, the safe throws and gain minimal yards after the catch. The Pats*** do an excellent job of getting the ball to players in a position where they can make plays. Some hang this on TT, but I think it's scheme more than anything.
  14. Still doesn't excuse the coaching staff for ignoring the issue at hand. They need to figure out how to handle these guys Edit: just saw your edit, I agree
  15. Which is why ALynn needs to do a better job of giving him help. You know you have an issue there from the first series and still put him one on one. That's on the staff
  16. Loved what he did last night. Going to miss him next year believe it or not
  17. I think it needs to be solved this year with schematic changes. Moving forward, we need to find a permanent replacement in the offseason
  18. Get better soon, Eric. You have been nothing but a first class player and man since arriving in Buffalo. We need more people in football, and in the world, like Eric Wood
  19. Let's not forget we were playing one of the best defensive teams over the last five years
  20. Excuses, excuses, its on the player in the end.
  21. Is that not illegal contact after 5 yards?
