Alshon Jeffery is invisible so far. The only reason the eagles have moved the ball is penalties. Two fumbles on two possessions. Not a good start.

Watching to see the Eagles offense with rumors of the QB coach possibly being an OC candidate.

The fact that this list is so large, and I don't see too many players I think they'll keep, makes me believe they will keep their picks. It also makes me think they'd move back out of the first if the opportunity presents itself. I see McDermott/Beane clashing here. Beane made it clear he wants a QB. But I believe McDermott would value a deeper, more consistent roster. With lots of holes to fill, including QB, the question becomes 'who wins'? Beane, and go all in on the QB position in the draft, patch through FA? Or McClapper, draft as many of their 'guys' to beef up roster and fill vacant holes, taking a QB where they feel comfortable doing so without moving up. I see McD wanting to fill the QB void with a vet in FA Just my two cents

Anyone else find it interesting that Preston Brown wasnt on the list, despite leading the league in tackles?

I'd be shocked if he wasn't active. Simply activating him puts pressure right up into game time. Shady won't know if he is good to go until game time. Id rather error on the side of having my best player vs another ST reserve or wide receiver

I've also always never understand when journalists or broadcasters focus on the quarterback statistics when they play head to head.

The importance of the overly scrutinized, yet obviously meaningless, micro-stats that journals spew. "Tyrod Taylor has a 2-0 all time record when playing on the first Sunday in Nocember vs a team who's head coach graduated with honors from and SEC school"

The NFL is a "what-have-you-done-for-me-lately" business. Teams have little to no loyalty to players. Rosters fluxuate daily. While we see it as a notification on our phone, you forget someone's life has been drastically changed. I don't feel bad for any of them, it is the life they choose to lead. At the same time, they need to understand that the NFL is their career and should make professional decisions that benefit them. I've never felt any animosity towards a player for leaving, unless they blatantly disrespect the franchise, city, etc.
