  1. Lacy not going quietly... ...could they only keep 5 WRs?!
  2. Think carrying 5 DEs may be a real possibility this season
  3. Maurice Alexander in over VoJoseph, Jaquan Johnson sighting also
  4. Hope to see the 1’s back out
  5. No McCloud or McKenzie in first two drives. Carry 5WRs?
  6. That pass to Sweeney was a rope
  7. Better hope CJ Mosley lives up to that ridiculous contract
  8. I expect through the 2nd quarter, but not into the 3rd I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see Allen go a half. As much as we want to bubble wrap and protect these guys, you want them in full swing come the regular season. The only way to do that IMO is live reps
  9. Siran Neal listed as a big nickel/SS on my depth chart, but in this instance, yes for sure.
  10. Aside from the obvious, there are lots of fun positional battles to watch at the back end of the roster. Here are a few that I’m looking out for: DE4...Love/Yarbrough/Acho/Johnson CB5...Lewis/Munnerlyn/Pitts WR6/7...Phillips/McCloud/McKenzie RB4....Perry/Murphy/Yeldon/Wade LB6...VoJo/Lacy
  11. I don't necessarily buy this. What is your rationale? I think a RB who has had a year off shouldn't be any more or less prepared than one who's had an entire off-season off. Is Bell's year sabbatical that much more beneficial than Gore/Shady's decreased preseason/camp work load? I don't know
  12. This inspired me to try again... ...I did the live chat function to complain about my CBS blackout. After about 5 minutes of apologies and offering nothing, I mentioned loyalty. She said she would look into what she could do for me. She insisted that there was nothing she could do about Sunday Ticket, but could offer a reduced monthly payment by 15 each month (I already got my price knocked down earlier this year). I asked if she could take the potential $180 in savings that I'd be afforded from this decrease in the bill directly to Sunday Ticket, but they were very inflexible on this. At the end of the day, I walked away with another 15 dollar discount per month, an antenna that streams the local CBS for games paid 100% by DTV and no ticket. I'll take it
  13. I think you'll see Kroft on PUP to begin the year and the Bills will carry 4 TE's on the active 53, as they did last year (Smith, Knox, Croom, Sweeny). This will give them a chance to hold onto a young guy and not expose him to the first round of practice squad signings. Once they activate Kroft, they can then decide who the cut will be. This delay affords them a while longer to assess the back end depth at the position.
  14. Where has this goof been? Has he made an appearance since the schedule released? Hoping he comes back here as these things are HILARIOUS Get out out of your Momma's basement, @Jimmy Spagnola!
  15. There is no 'first round' anymore. The roster must be down to 53 after the 4th preseason game. They got rid of the 'cut to 75' or whatever it was a couple years ago. I suspect you'll start to see the roster size begin to slowly dwindle after Friday's game. EDIT: Looks like August 31st at 4:00pm https://operations.nfl.com/football-ops/league-governance/2019-20-important-nfl-dates/
  16. How about a coach? Any chance a staff member is shown the door?
  17. Rambo for the win
  18. Hobbies, in no particular order: crosswords twobillsdrive home improvement drinking beer reading golfing the occasional video game cooking with the wife watching the Yankees writing America’s next great novel man, I am pathetic
  19. Are you hitting on me? I’m flattered
  20. Always a yes as far as I’m concerned
  21. Stanford is pretty safe, IMO. Number 2 MLB behind edmunds, he’s a contributor on specials and also played well in his replacement role in a couple appearances last year.
