maybe my choice of words was poor but you know what I mean. Did you expect this defense to do better? I thought they came out despite an extraordinarily vanilla game plan, held our team in the game. The Chiefs are 5-1 for a reason. You can bring up the numbers, and points allowed, etc. that’s a fair and respectable argument. But as you very well know, each NFL game operates in a vacuum, and in tonight’s scenario, 9 times out of 10 I’d take 27 points against. P.S. Is that really how you win? Scoring more points? EXACTLY my point. The offense didn’t do that, so I’m not hanging this one on the D Total team loss. Im on to NJ

Nothing personal here, but I never got this perspective from anyone, national media, average Joe, etc: Why is is that if they played bad or below expectation, something is off? Or a locker room issue? Maybe they just got their ass beat, or our schemed or out played? Sometime it is as simple as that. This is not a Bill O-Brien or Adam Gase led team. They aren't at eachothers throats.They were just handed the L, and to me, thats all it was. On to the next one!

Disagree. I like Single alot, and think he has some serious shake to his game. That being said, he will NEVER bust one 50+ to the house. He is a motor, and will chug along, but cannot be relied upon to provide a spark. Did anyone think he'd say anything different? He's been spoon fed these answers for years.

Go to bed. Diggs has been phenominal for this team. Allen has benefited off of it, and Diggs has taken advantage of many of his throws. Stop selling into the media narrative. By many accounts, Diggs is a hard worker and good teammate. This was one game, one play.

The plan actually DID work, pretty decently. You don't often hold the cheifs to under 30. You have to score to win vs them. We knew that coming in. And now that we didn't, we blame the D. They dpon't get a free pass, and I want to mostly blame the lack in diversifying the scheme, but there were plays to be made on offense and they weren't.

Yes. I wish for once he'd call out a guy, position group, himself, etc. People praise him for being so even keeled and composed, but that wins you no awards. Part of the strength in being able to maintain a stoic persona is knowing when to break it. This team lacks fire, charisma, mojo, whatever you want to call it. That is no coincidence.

Good idea, it never hurts having all-pro players: now we just have to acquire the player we can not find and pay them a salary we cannot afford. this logic is my uncle’s: if there is an imperfection at a position, he wants a complete overhaul or dominant player right away.
