  1. Couldn't be more wrong IMO!
  2. Sucks that the Cards could go 11-5 and miss the playoffs whereas if the Packers win they are in with 8 wins. I know that's how it is but to me that isn't one bit fair. The best 6 NFC teams would not be in the playoffs.
  3. Absolutely YES. He has now played for 3 head coaches, how many different offensive coordinators, not a decent QB to mention, of the many that took snaps, he has fought off TWO high 1st round picks, the team hasn't been relevant the whole time he has been here and yet here he is averaging 4.5 ypc with over 5000 yards rushing good for #3 in franchise history behind 2 all time legends not just of the Bills but of football. It's been total dysfunction since he arrived here until now with Marrone, yet he has come through and become a warhorse leader. When his career is all done and said and he has around 10k total yards from scrimmage, yes he deserves a spot on the wall.
  4. Ok, I guess I can buy into that thought a bit as a playoff team should be able to beat a bad team anywhere. Can you explain the extra week of preparation 6 teams had in preparing to play the Bills? Did that hamper the Bills playoff chances? I think it did. Atlanta also had 2 extra days of preparations going into Toronto game. I also think that aided Atlanta. Look not making excuses for the Bills as good teams win games but they most defiantly weren't given any favors by the NFL that's for damn sure. They had to overcome more to win games than other teams, and that includes the Toronto game. They were not able to do that.
  5. Or the fact the bills seemed to play everyone coming off a bye or that played on the prior Thursday. I know excuses are for losers and am not saying those are the reasons the bills lost, but the hand the NFL dealt them sure didn't help as playing games in Toronto didn't help either. They are young and have young new coaches and don't know how to win but they sure have not had one single break aid them at all. Unlike the Patriots who seem to get every single questionable break go in their favor on the field and off. Would be interesting to see where the Bills would be with their record had the NOT played a Toronto game or NOT played god knows how many teams coming off the break. I guarantee you the would be better than their current 6-9 record.
  6. Keep an eye on this kid Storm Johnson from UCF. He was a transfer from The "U". 6'1 215lbs squats 600+, seems to have pretty good speed and instincts, pile mover. Hopefully Buffalo is interested.
  7. I like the white jerseys blue pants and i like the white on white.
  8. 7-19 114 yards 0-0 and 5 sacks playing with 3rd and 4th stringers. I never seen him play in preseason, just going by his stats. Playing for new coaches, new system and being a rookie. Same as EJ, except one difference. Nassib appears smarter than EJ and if he was here instead of EJ, the learning curve would have been very minimal in my opinion therefor better results in theory. He really couldn't do much worse.
  9. elaborate please
  10. I agree with this. I think Nassib would have been way better than EJ to this point. I also highly doubt they would have had to scale back the play book for him. They effed up twice, by taking EJ so high and not taking Nassib at all. I wonder if they can pry him away from the Giants? No doubt in my mind they are second guessing themselves about the draft. The old what if....
  11. not to be an ass, but name them.
  12. ...and how many games or 1st rep practice time did Thad or Tuel have? EJ should be leaps and bounds better even with a layoff due to injury and he was not even remotely close to being better than Tuel or Thad. That should concern every Bills fan that 2 street undrafted FAs performed better than the 1st round rook with a whole lot less game or practice time experience. How can that not concern everyone? I believe Tuel or Thad would have given the Bills a better chance to win yesterday than did EJ. That screams utoh!
  13. That says alot IMO. Lots of excuses being made, that EJ hasn't played in a long time. So what, Tuel or Thad had not played at all and were better than EJ, or were given the amount of 1st team reps that EJ got. This game made me a lot more concerned about EJ's future or lack there of.
  14. Yeah, seems like he hit the wall overnight.
  15. ........and only 1 of 24 US cities to have the NHL. That's even luckier than being in the NFL.
  16. I dunno. I wouldn't draft a QB next year, it seems like a foolish waste of precious #1 draft pick. Why bother taking EJ this past year? They could have rode what they had for 1 more year if they wanted to take a QB in 2014. Why didn't they just wait a year until 2014? I don't think they will even entertain the thought of drafting a QB in 2014. Not a good idea imo.
  17. I'm guessing you are new to football and the Bills in particular? You have obviously missed the last DECADE of Bills football.
  18. So does coaching.
  19. Who did he have to throw the ball to? Jones? cut, Nelson? cut, Roosevent? cut, Dickerson? cut, Smith, Martin, hands of stone TJ or I drop everything Stevie, c'mon now! I'm glad EJ is here but Fitz wasn't the problem. Fitz took way to many chances because he had to.
  20. The only thing CJ has on Fred is pure speed. That's it. Fred is a better "running back" than is CJ. I personally would like to see more single Fred in the backfield with CJ flanked out wide, then run the read option with that. All sports are 80% mental 20% physical. CJ pales in comparison to Fred in the mental game.
  21. OMG, a thread to cut a guy after he made a mistake. Is this going to go on all season?
  22. I like Chandler but he just seems unusually easy to tackle.
