That is some pretty nice use of game theory optimization and means that the Bills are taking a new approach if it is true.

Glad to see FC getting figured out finally, he has admitted in the shoutbox that he loves trolling TBD. I have a huge Tebower but he was a pretty bad pick when all is said and done. That 2011 season was pretty fun to watch though, I'll never forget leaving Qualcomm while the Bills were getting their asses kicked, hopping on the trolley and putting the end of a Broncos game on my phone. Tebow was working his magic and the entire trolley car was discussing the magic that Tebow was performing. Of course the Broncos miracled their way to a win that day.

This is what I try to explain to people who get upset at players for chasing the dollar. If I was an agent I would recommend that every one of my clients take the most money regardless of team unless someone in their family has a unique medical problem, they are chasing rings, or their spouse is also famous and certain cities were better for them. The first big contract is the most important and Byrd has every right to look for the biggest offer. That being said I still would have tagged his ass and tried to force him to sign a long term deal. No way would I want to set a precedent of bowing down to Parker and his clients. Hopefully I am overreacting to this and there really is a master plan being executed.

So any possible Bills FA can just sign Parker to force his way out, seems like a recipe for disaster which seems like typical Bills behavior.

The Bills are experts in turning strengths into weaknesses so forgive me if I am a bit skeptical that they will somehow get this right. The replacement at S either FS or SS will probably be picked at #9 instead of upgrading a weakness the Bills will create one.

The Bills not tagging Byrd is pretty consistent with their organizational philosophy which has led to the 14 years of futility. Goods news is I'll have more free time this fall and will save on Sunday Ticket. I'll still watch the replays and cheer on the uniform but planning my day around the Bills games are over. Unless they draft Watkins, then I'm all in on the loser express because at least it will be exciting.
