I do not want the Bills giving up 2 #1s for Watkins, Graham is interesting but you have to take into account the massive contract he will require. The Bills have the cap space so that shouldn't matter too much unless they are working on extensions for guys on the roster already. The Bills can also negotiate a deal with the Saints that doesn't include 2 #1's but I have no clue what the asking price would be.

My thinking exactly, I was all aboard the WR/OT/LB train with the first 3 picks but the LB situation looks to be improving. Sammy with Rd1/Rd2 picks and then an OT in Rd3. Buffalo needs to start looking for elite players.

Maybe in the old days when salaries were out of control for those picks but with the new rookie cap it makes a lot of sense if there is a guy you really want. Those teams cycle talent, the Bills talent flows one way for the most part. The Bills D will not be better without Byrd unless there is some radical changes made. I agree on QB play and HC but the surrounding talent hasn't been there for the most part as well.

You are very mistaken. End of 3rd is the highest assigned, the formula to determine picks combines contracts along with players gained/lost. Where they were drafted or if the player was drafted by the team losing the player have no impact.

Until the Bills release the details of their offer that is all speculation.
