    He’s looked fantastic this pre-season and that’s

I would caution anyone looking to draft Diggs early in fantasy to maybe not do so this year. Diggs will likely lead us in receiving again but I don’t expect him to come close to 1500 yards and 120 receptions.  I could see Davis, Beasley and Sanders all going over 60 receptions which will cut into Diggs share. I also see the TE and RB groups combined each combining for a greater number of receptions this year.

I was going to pick him up in our draft last night, he went two rounds earlier than I expected. Folks outside our circle see things in him was well. And Hollister got drafted but that is my fault for planting the seed he might see more involvement in one of the best offenses in the game.

He won a SB with the pats against the rams, during that playoff run he average over 100 yards in 3 playoff games and nearly had a 1000 yards that season? How is that failing plus they were able to get value for him. They traded him because they are loaded at that position again i ask how did they fail in drafting him?

I agree, the narrative you see so often is you don't pay decent running backs, you just draft another one. And there is some truth to that. It is unusual to be as highly drafted as the was but I get it, getting picks back is honestly just icing on several years of good cake.

Almost every time I go out I hear "Lets Go Buffalo!"  Even New England fans are telling me how much they always respected Buffalo....how good the Bills are, etc.  What is going on lol?  It's like bizzaro worl

I get the same here in Kentucky. I whipped into the Chicken Koup for some wings the other day and the guy running the drive through saw my T-shirt and goes "Hey Bills Mafia! You guys are gonna be good this year."

I agree. But I can't recall how many he has muffed besides this one. Shaw says several but this is the first one I know of.

Bottom line is that at this point McKenzie has more value to this team as a receiver than as a punt returner from what I saw of him today. But if he is the only guy available on game days to return punts then let's not complain about a muff when nobody else is seemingly able to handle the duties. Assuming Stephens makes the 53, I still don't see him dressing on game days over Kumerow. We could always play it ultra conservative and put Micah Hyde back there to fair catch them. I think he has played the conservative punt catcher role for us in the past.

I was hoping it will turn out Mackenzie WR5, KR2, Stevenson WR6, KR1 but my knowledge is based its on about six plays so it is nothing more than opium dreams most likely.

I want to see Zimmer with some FB carries. And how about TE, like that dude on the Ravens?

Made me think of Carwell Gardner. Old number 35, he was a favorite of mine since he went to Louisville. As the saying goes, you need a yard, he will get you a yard, need two yards and he will get you a yard. Gilliam looks better, I hope he has a role in the offense.

Edit: Oh crap, you said Zimmer, I was already in Gilliam mode and misread your comment.

  6. I always considered myself a bit more than an average fan. I was in my second year of PeeWee football when OJ ran for 2,003 and I abandoned the Vikings (I was a fan because that was the name of my team my first year, I still have fond memories of watching Tarkenton and Foreman) for the Bills and never looked back. It was hard to get much information about the Bills when I was in the service outside my Shout subscription and reading the Sporting News but I always had Bills garb and there always seemed to be a least one other Bills fan at every unit I served at.

Once I retired, I began following more closely and found this forum and with Bills Daily it was my lifeline for knowledge. I don't follow college football other than very casually for the local schools so I know next to nothing about the guys coming in or their backstories unless I read it here. I had no preference over which Josh we should draft, I wanted us to trade back for Lamar Jackson since I had watched every game he played at Louisville, my hometown and my college for a few years.

I considered myself more average because other than a single overnight on a buoy-tender, I have never even been to Buffalo. Only seen a single Bills game, once in Indy in 1990. I am constantly amazed at the level of knowledge of the posters here and during the season I read nearly everything though my memory is like a sieve so I don't retain most of it. I can't tell you specific play from even last years games, much less from 20 years ago like some of you folks can. But during the game, I am emotionally invested. I enjoy the game day experience and my emotions run high so I do have that trait in common with you all.
