I think the worst thing that happened to the Giants and Daboll was that unexpected playoff win resetting the bar on the team and QB when the reality was they aren't a team with the talent to regularly win playoff games.

No regrets from me on buying his jersey while he was here and I would still wear it whenever he had a standalone game after he left the Bills. Glad he is doing so well.

That part of the conversation is valid. The rest, not so much.

My thoughts were if the Jets can leap us for the division, we were going nowhere. If we both get in, I would choose to face the Jets over the Texans in the playoffs, all thinks being equal with health. If I had any fear the Jets could pass this Bills team I would never pull for the division opponent but I don't think they have any chance to jump us.

I've never minded some folks' worried or disappointed takes, like someone said before it is about opinions. I do get annoyed when people refuse to do what you do and that is accept being wrong and be happy they you wrong in the direction that benefits our Bills. I've had plenty of the "I am so glad to have been wrong about <insert name here>" opinions.

It is nice to be worrying about the competition for the 1 seed vice seeing who we need to lose to have a shot at making the playoffs, that's for sure.
