Nowhere near as pissed as I am about our lack of interest in Jay Cutler.

When I lived back home, I actually subscribed to the $20 a year subscription to stream live Bisons games. I was a huge fan of them, and at the time rooted for the Cleveland Indians.

So yeah. Just realized that NFL Rules state that you can't own two major sports teams. Yet somehow, despite the fact that they already owned the Sabres in the NHL, The NFL allowed them to buy our Buffalo Bills! Not sure what strings they had to pull, or who they had to bribe, but they made it in. Just another reason to love the Pegulas! Another thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for buying this great football team. GO BILLS!!!

From what I understand they basically sold out the entire 100 section of HSBC, or whatever tf they call that place now.

Honestly, I think if when the XFL comes back, they bring the gimmicks to a minimum, and don't pull a USFL and attempt to compete with the NFL, they'll be successful for this exact reason.

Does/has anybody watched or followed Arena Football extensively ? I never went to a Destroyers game, and Houston doesn't have a team. But every year, during the off season, just because I miss football, and nothing better is on, I watch about half a game. I'm always disappointed in the fact that there's zero defense, and it basically become a game of hot potato to see who scores last before the clock ends. I'm curious if there's some nuance that I'm missing, or is it truly a terrible excuse for football.

So, if you had to describe me in one word...

He Beat Tom Brady* and the Patriots* last year. Did that on Monday Night Football. Two things we haven't been able to do in a long time. He did it in one game.

Yeah. Cutler has had attitude problems through his career. But I honestly think that McD has a knack for inspiring players. He'd at least be a stop gap until Allen comes into his own.

I'm not saying he's Peyton Manning. But our other options are Nathan "Pick Six" Peterman. A Rookie. Or unproven AJ McCarron. With Cutler, we at least know what we're getting.
