Well, the Sabres haven't done much to justify paying top dollar in recent years. My brother was never too big of a Sabres fan growing up. But now goes to like ten games a year, because he snags like $12 tickets.

What I found funny is that the Astros had some home games relocated to Tampa last season due to Harvey. So instead of playing at Minute Maid Park, they played at Tropicana Field. Also, the Bisons play at Coca Cola Field, and Lehigh Valley, in their same division, play at Coca Cola Park.

Very impressive given the on ice product since they took over.

Aside from keeping the team(s) in WNY, which will always get an A in almost all of our books, how would you grade the Pegulas overall performance as owners so far?

Reading "That was then, This is Now" in the summer going from 8th to 9th grade, scared me away from LSD at an early age. It seems like a huge risk, and although seems like there's a 90% chance it'd be harmless fun with no long lasting side effects, I don't want to risk it. My mom went to rehab 5 times for prescription pills, so I stayed away from anything other than booze through my high school and what would have been my college years. Tried pot for the first time about a month ago. Didn't feel any different. Granted I only took one small hit.

I like your thinking! The home team is the NFC representative in odd numbered years, and the AFC representative in even numbered years. The next Super Bowl is 2019. So, we'd be the away team.

Which, if away games do you plan to attend this year? I'll be at the Houston game, obviously, but that's probably it.

Offense, a good chunk of it. Hell, the entire 4th game was run by a QB that was gone before the weekend ended. The only true "result" for lack of a better term, is that Allen is gonna be good, but has a lot of work. Defense, I have zero worries about. The bad defensive play means nothing to me. They were playing vanilla schemes, with half our players on the bench, just trying not to get hurt.

Y'know, I'm a season ticket holder for University of Houston. He's bound to come back here at some point for some sort of autograph session, or number retirement ceremony or something. I oughtta get that. I don't, but I saw people that did. However, my fiance bought me the first Sabres jersey I've owned since Hasek. Figured Eichel was good, he had a relatively long term contract. Then the !@#$er went and changed his jersey number this off season.

Just found out yesterday there's a bootleg of a cocaine fueled jam session from '74 with John, Paul, Nilson, Bobby Keys (Stones sax player), ans Stevie effin Wonder. Went home and looked it up. I don't remember the part about Buster being gone. I was only about 5 though. I do know from reading the back of Chip's baseball card (that came with the team set I bought every year) that he's Buster's younger cousin.
