  1. Just taking a pulse.
  2. Go out and try on a Brady* Gronk* Darnold and Tannehill Jersey.
  3. @Canadian Bills Fan @Just Jack @Hapless Bills Fan @SDS @Jauronimo Would one of you please add the vague title disclaimer.
  4. I'm just here to say that your ownership is a piece of ****. And that the Music City "Miracle" was a forward lateral.
  5. I'd like to see some sort of adaptation of the college rules.
  6. What's even cooler is that picture of Nathan Peterman in the background.
  7. That's a matter of opinion. I'm sure @Boyst62 would disagree.
  8. I've always thought it would be the studio musicians. You get to play the music you love for a living, but not have the hassle of touring. I've also thought being in a successful tribute band for The Beatles or Elvis impersonator or something would be cool. You get the perks of being a rock star with screaming fans. The full in concert experience. But then you adjourn to your dressing room, take off your wig, costume, and makeup, then walk out the door without being chased by fans.
  9. Literally my favorite lyricist. This makes me sad.
  10. As much as I hate the Patriots*, the year that they lost in the SB to Eli the second time, they had a bottom 5 defense all year.
  11. I read somewhere that Paul McCartney took his kids to see Guns N Roses. After the show he asked how they liked it. They liked it all except for that weird Live and Let Die song. They genuinely had no idea who's song that was.
  12. Agreed. Polian alone carries enough clout to be taken seriously. I said earlier in the thread, I wouldn't be surprised if they were absorbed by the NFL as an official developmental league. I'm sure there have been off the record conversations about it already.
  13. The meme is funny when used in the right context. However, I pointed out that I'm not mad about it, I don't think we're being slighted. Just a thought I had.
  14. If AAF survives the first two years, I can see them being absored by, or partnering with, the NFL.Their recruiting model already is based on each team only picking up players that most recently retired from certain NFL/NCAA teams.
  15. I think the XFL is going after the good ol' boy, anti kneeling crowd that are boycotting the NFL. They'll have some initially high ratings, but will putter out quicker. The XFL will probably sign some college stars that didn't pan out in the NFL. Manziel, Tebow, etc. If they learn from their mistakes, they'll be less gimmicky than last time. They'll probably also pander to the "NFL has gotten too soft" crowd. AAF will have smaller, but much more steady viewership. They also have the advantage of starting a year earlier. They seem to have a long term goal of forming an official partnership with the NFL. An NFL Europe, without the European aspect.
  16. With two spring leagues starting in the next two years, The Alliance of American Football in 2019, and a revamp of the XFL in 2020, which league will have the most long term success?
  17. I don't see this ever happening. Not enough leeway for the NFL to schedule big games for primetime games. I guess they'd just have to rearrange it for that 4th game to be the big ticket games. I'd like to see that for sure though.
  18. You seem to have this disdain for Paul McCartney. From all I've read, John seemed to have been the @$$hole of the group. What resources do you have that point to this? Don't take this as an attacking question, I genuinely want to know and read it.
  19. Found this, just gonna leave it here.
  20. Can't be any worse than Jason Witten.
  21. Looking over our schedule, we play 5/6 division games in the 2nd half of the season. Both Jets games within a month of each other, and both Dolphins games within a month. The only team that's spread evenly is the Patriots*. Last season, we played all of our New England* and Miami games in December. I get that this is a minor complaint, and I'm not saying it's any sort of slight or conspiracy against us. But shouldn't they be more spread out. Shouldn't we play each of our division rivals once in the first half, and once in the second half? It's just that the way a team's roster shapes from the beginning of the year, could be a completely different roster by the end of the year. It just seems right that it should be somewhat evenly spread out.
  22. My boss actually prefers a text that someone' gonna be late to work or something. Makes it document-able exactly what was said when.
  23. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the first four weeks were prescheduled as far as commentators go.
  24. Question. If Miami ends up being the last team to go undefeated, do the guys from 72 still throw their little party when the
