  1. If that's the case, then The Bills never truely were your Number 1.
  2. Thursdays at my office are Football jersey day. Rock my Jim Kelly jersey every week. This week is "super fan" Thrusday. So I'll be rockin' the Zubaz.
  3. Sonic has free slushies on Mondays after the Texans win, so even though I don't like 'em, I have a reason to root. Lol.
  4. Being a Bills fan is more than just the players on the team. It's about family. Tradition. Community. Local pride. And celebrating football, win/lose/draw, with 80,000 of your best friends.
  5. My "unbiased opinion" is that this guy is trying to justify to himself, more than to us, that leaving was a good idea. I honstly feel sorry for this troll.
  6. Despite the short success period the Texans had since I got down here, I've remained loyal to the Bills. I honestly just think I'm addicted to bad teams. I was an Indians fan in baseball, but I was a fan because they were Buffalo's parent team, so really no strong connections to the team, especially since they left two years before I moved. So when I came to Houston, I've slowly become an Astros fan. I honestly just think I'm addicted to bad team, and have fear of (sports) success.
  7. I moved away to Houston four years ago. Never stopped being a fan of either team. Granted Houston only had an AHL team at the time, which I got attatched to. So there are no other passionate hockey fans. Also got Center Ice so I never lost touch with them. And the closest NHL team is Dallas, and I'm still bitter about '99.
  8. Well, of course the ownership situation. But as far as on the field, Sammy's durability, and Hackett's playcalling.
  9. No such thing as a former Bills fan. If you didn't stick with your team, you never really were a fan to begin with. If/when the Steelers fall into a funk, you'll just find another team to latch onto. Troll.
  10. They didn't. But the team has only existed for 12 years. I work at a call center, talk to people from all over the country. Most people in Utah tell me they're Broncos fans.
  11. Live in Houston now. I really wanted to like the Texans as a second team. Even bought a t-shirt or two. JJ Watt is great on and off the field. But the fans. I can't stand them. They're the most fair weather fan base in the NFL. Houston is that way in all sports though. And they have this sense of entitlement like they're due because they've gone through 12 whole years without a Super Bowl. They applauded and cheered when their player went down. They burnt their jerseys in the parking lot.
  12. Only if Tebow is also on the team, because we don't have enough conflict on our team.
  13. This is my favorite part off the pre season.
  14. Sorry to bring in some legalese here, but would we be talking about the football team in Buffalo, or would they be moving to Hamilton? But I would totally, and ironically, buy a Tim Tebow jersey t-shirt if this were to ever happen.
  15. The dude even admits that he knows it's a dead horse. Ugh. This is the worst.
  16. I know the movie is like 13 years old, and wasn't recieved as that great by many, but I have a bunch of friends who are Bills fans, who haven't seen it, some haven't even heard of it. Sorry this isn't a doomed thread.
  17. For real though, anybody who watched the game. Did we do as bad as the updates I'm getting?
  18. Are you now, or have you ever been a member of the Communist party. If anybody asks, your name is Rusty Shackleford.
  19. Can you explain to me how Mike Williams can change and grow up but Incognito can't.
