  1. I noticed that, too. I wonder why he did that.
  2. Maybe I am reading that wrong. Are reports of "elevated temperatures" in workplaces being reported as positive COVID cases? I find this hard to believe. Isn't a positive COVID test the only way to report an actual COVID case?
  3. Maybe you could change your name to Arthur Denton.
  4. Yes, yes. Now you’ve got a refresher about why you may have him on ignore, I suppose. I get it, the ignore feature is nice, and it has that one flaw. I don’t quote posters for the purpose of exhibiting their content to other posters, sorry. I don’t have any active poster on ignore, so it doesn’t cross my mind. And if I ignore everyone I disagree with then I’d only be left in an echo chamber. That’s not why I come around here.
  5. Thank you you for providing this nice example of “dish it out and can’t take it”.
  6. What you posted is not the executive summary of the Mueller Report. Read it. Starts on pg 4 of volume 1. https://www.justice.gov/storage/report.pdf I’m saying what you posted is a summarization of someone’s fantasy. They started investigating him and his associates nine months (maybe more) before he became “the most powerful man on Earth”. I’d also like to point out that becoming president doesn’t invest anyone with Sauron-like powers. If you’re saying that Trump somehow used his unlimited power (yes, Palpatine, not Sauron) to stop Mueller, then why were Flynn, Cohen, Stone, and Manafort each hauled into trouble? Trump actually could have snapped his fingers and stopped the investigation of himself and his buddies (you guess that reference). He didn’t. Such untapped power. What a waste. He got away with what? Russia collusion?
  7. I know what he’s reported many times that he does for a living. I have no reason not to take him at his word. You have probably run across his many posts about his job if you’re active in these threads, which you are. Even so, you didn’t actually guess at his job, did you? No, you went off with some pop-psychologist put-down. Disingenuous at best on your part.
  8. Me too. Except two guys and I don’t think either is around any longer.
  9. You answered your own loaded question with this? I was given good advice long ago. It was never to ask what someone’s nationality or religion is, or what they do for a living because we all have pre-conceived notions that attach to the answers. You didn’t get an answer, so you made up a “loser” story of your own.
  10. Honestly, before I opened it I thought this thread was about a new Autonomous Zone in Denver or Detroit or Dallas.
  11. Gary/Warren/deputy Fife should take a voluntary break for a month. I’m sure he won’t.
  12. This is a text version of a gif showing a dog eating his own vomit. And all his advisors should be surveillance and FISA’d for years to get to that trial.
  13. Nice, you say that “didn’t find anything” is a “wild mischaracterization” and then you post that list of unproven allegations. Where did you get that summary? Holy crap, you’re going back 3 years to “where there’s smoke there’s fire”!? I have read Mueller’s report. I heard Mueller testify. Most of those points on your list are incorrect or overwrought. Others are speculation which have been shown to be false. That list is ‘Conspiracy Theory 101 Class Syllabus’. Ask yourself how many people were charged with crimes related to that list you posted — all of those people were extensively investigated. There was heavy duty surveillance on them before the election and after the election. Nothing came of it. Congress impeached Trump on matters completely unrelated to Mueller. They had to stretch and twist to come up with two Articles of Impeachment — yet they couldn’t stretch enough or twist enough to impeach him for Russia Collusion. Face it, you may hate the President, and he gives so many opportunities to do so. And he didn’t collude with Russia. And he’s not in Office illegitimately because of Russia Collusion. That case is closed. Fall back on some other reason. He’s an a-hole is sufficient.
  14. Really, There was the FBI and DOJ, a special prosecutor, several Congressional and Senate Committees, State Attorneys General, Whistleblowers, fart blowers, windbags, cable TV pundits and perfessers. Everyone has been looking to find something on Trump. It didn’t boil down to him trying to stuff his crippled, arthritic hand into a leather glove. It didn’t boil down to “yeah, but ... technicality”. They didn’t find anything. They didn’t find anything before he was elected. They didn’t find anything after he was sworn in. At least not yet. They’re still looking 4 years later. It will be 4 years at the end of July — you realize that? Obviously you you will never be convinced.
  15. Hahahahahahahaaaaaa!!!!!!!! Gleeson: “but, but , but I’m not done with my bloviating!”
  16. Flynn’s guilty plea seems pretty much form over substance, too. One form over substance outcome doesn’t carry any more weight than the other. According to you the end result, and only the end result, counts. This case isn’t yet officially over. Flynn is still guilty as of 5:14 today. Isn’t that how it goes? And I guess nobody really needed to hear from an amicus after all.
  17. Point to anything I said that’s blindly partisan. You can’t post anything that’s isn’t angry about Trump. You generally end your posts with “thank you Trump voters” — because you blame them for your hatred and misery. Nice way to go through life. And I call Trump voters “them” because I’m not one of them, imbecile. I allow myself to see that Trump does stupid things. I also allow myself to see that the prior President and VP seem to have been extremely deep into this abuse of power. Should I say “thank you Obama voters” (of which I am one)? Your imbecilic brain can’t allow you to be honest. I’d say I feel for you, but you seem happy to remain ignorant.
  18. Youre such a partisan hack it’s unbelievable. You realize that the prior President and Vice President were looking to trip up the current President, yes? That’s got nothing to do with what Trump has done or not done. That’s got nothing to do with being a Trump supporter. It has everything to do with trusting that when someone wins the office, there’s a peaceful transfer of power. NOT hand grenades and time bombs. And that former VP is the Democratic nominee. And you’ll vote for him, not because of Trump, but because “D” over country.
  19. Can you re-read my first Paragraph and tell me why that's one-sided? By the way, I don't think "outside agitators" are so prolific to be whipping up violence and unrest at every protest. In fact, I don't really believe in "outside agitators". My points were: (1) it doesn't really matter who the "agitators" are, and it is likely coming from both ends of the spectrum (2) the peacefulness broke down when local protesters decided that they'd like to not be so peaceful (3) I didn't see any peaceful protester helping to root out the agitators or the people who got agitated I wasn't really talking about the police. I will say that I believe they were in a tough spot when things got ugly.
  20. Every City's Mayor has lamented the acts of "outside agitators" in these recent protests that have spun out of control. I've often wondered who these "outside agitators" were and what they represent and what their goals are. Many people have speculated that these are racists stirring up trouble, and many people have fingered far left marxists. The truth is that it is probably both, to some extent. In any event, it would have been nice if the local yokel (seemingly peaceful) protesters hadn't so willingly taken the bait. It would have been awfully nice if the peaceful protesters helped to point out who the agitators are and who they agitated. Maybe this happened, but I haven't seen it reported with any regularity. One of the demands of the protesters is that police have a reduced role in policing. They want to substitute the community to handle policing matters. It doesn't bode well if peaceful, local, protesters (a) take the bait so easily, and (2) can't police their own community during what's supposed to be peaceful activity.
  21. One is named Okposo and the other is Hutton. But, yeah, just a couple finishing touches.
