They want to view the attachment of the new unis in that "I know a guy who knows a guy" thread. Can't view the pic unless you're registered. Somebody probably linked to the thread on another message board.
It's the organizer's own fault. You know what you're going to get with a singer like her. Sure, you don't expect her to butcher the actual words, but you know exactly what you're going to get in terms of singing style.
The best thing you can do to help you and your friend is to start banging the au pair yourself, so that it will be less likely that your friend's husband will have the opportunity.
Otherwise...
I don't think anybody stated that "everything goes through the assistant head coach" for the simple fact that that's his job title. They used a little bit of logic and realized that an Asst. HC who was a head coach for 10 seasons and a DC for 5 seasons may have a great deal more responsibility than an Asst. HC who's been little more than a STs coach for his entire NFL career.
I wouldn't get too caught up in his job title(s). He may not be making the defensive play calls, but he will be a key part of the gameday planning and overall player development. His experience will be beneficial.
Probably... but I still say they stick to their board. I don't know that another team does a better job of developing the players they acquire and they would prefer to have 8 or 9 guys that are good to great prospects that they think can fit their need, than one POTENTIAL superstar WR (that will prob take at least one season to develop) and 2 or 3 less promising prospects. I think making a move like this would also be akin to admitting that they made a serious mistake by trading Moss and I don't think Bilichick wants to be thought of as being wrong in such a transparent way.
Trading up ain't exactly the Pats style. The last time they traded up that I can remember was for Chad Jackson in the 2nd rd and that didn't exactly work out for them so well. They're typically content to stay put and stick to their draft board. I don't see that changing.
What the heck happened to Meyo in that game? He looked like a world-beater for awhile and don't even remember hearing his name. Stat sheet shows 3 tackles and 3 assists but for all I know he didn't even suit up.
I'm sure I'm overstating this, but it's possible that Merriman may be one of the Bills best assets coming into the 2011 season even if he doesn't ever set foot on the field.
