  1. Gotta bring this thread back.... "Now, she should be good-looking, but we're willing to trade looks for a certain... morally casual attitude. "
  2. Good for you. I left at 11:49. Don't fill up on turkey. The stuffin's where it's at.
  3. "I'm in love with a retard." "Is he bigger than me?"
  4. most of it comes straight to this forum
  5. Same thing here. Everyone thought it was funny as hell, but I'm pretty sure he was only half kidding. Strange thing is that the wedding is next summer and it looks like we'll be well under $10k. We should've taken the deal.
  6. Go Noles! By 21
  7. Anybody notice the graphic during the game that showed that all the Pats Olinemen playing in that game were either undrafted or late round draft picks? Looking at the way they manhandled us and the rest of the league, it kinda blows the whole "draft OLine early and often" theory out of the water.
  8. LOTS of QBs wear them....Brady included.
  9. Congrats Scott and family!
  10. Look on the bright side. If you go back three seasons we have 5 road wins! That sounds better than zero right?....right?
  11. If he couldn't stop thinking about his leg then maybe he shouldn't have taken off running at every first opportunity.
  12. 1) That was the most painful broadcast that I have ever witnessed since the last time the Bills lost the Superbowl. I expected a Brady/Bilichick love-fest, but I have to admit that just when I thought things couldn't go worse they drag Johnny Damon's caveman a$$ onto the field to give (what I am sure is by now a canned) description of why the Red Sox won the World Series to the numerous Yankee fans from Western NY. Why not just get a Blimp to fly over the stadium with blinking text.."HEY NY! BITE ME!" To top it off, Theismann actually found a way to compliment Brady for throwing an interception when he stated something to the effect of "Good QBs throw interceptions because they rely on anticipating where their receivers are going to be." I blacked out from an aneurysm at this point and regained my vision just in time for my next observation. 2) Why put JP in the game in that situation? The time to insert him into the lineup was after halftime (if at all)...not in mop up duty. You are talking about zero chance of success in this situation. That game was clearly well within "The Shane Matthews zone." Anyone who judges JPs future with the team on last night is being reactionary. 3) On a related note....finally something to criticize Bilichick on! He had no business keeping his starters in the game as long as he did. Any Patriot with any talent shouldn't have even sniffed the fourth quarter. Ask Bruschi...he and the 60 degree bend his knee made in an unnatural direction would agree on this point. I mean really...why did Brady need to be in the game to hand off during the last 5 minutes? This will bite NE in the crotch later in the season if Billyboy keeps it up. 4) What is it about our secondary sqad that makes them slip and fall twice as much as our opponents? Is that Asian kid from Goonies sneaking into the locker room before the games and giving the players "slick-shoes?" I need to know. 5) Why does Mike Williams stay technical with little guys? I give credit to the him for showing up after last weekend, but when a DB a third of Big Mike's size approaches him, why doesn't he just plant the guy on his rear end instead of playing the hand and feet game with him? Something needs to be done to give this guy more of an edge. Maybe put him in a dark room and play Apocolypse Now 24/7? There is no question what Col. Kurtz would do in this situation. 6) Did we ever blitz from the edge? Anyone who tried to go through the OLine instead of around them got sucked up like an ameoba. Was it even considered?
  13. The classic Theismann moment came when he actually complimented Brady for throwing an interception. Something to the effect of "Good QBs throw interceptions because they anticipate where their receivers are going to be." Are you friggin' joking?! :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:
  14. 70% 51 miles off...much worse
  15. That was fun! 94% w/avg 4 miles off (with a laptop touchpad) 662 seconds tho...didn't realize I was being timed
  16. Suuuure you did.
  17. Looks like Robertson was going after Bledsoe's sack. Maybe that's what they meant?
  18. Yeah, but if I had to go against Freeney I would probably hand myself my own ass. So....to add a twist....how about this for an interesting discussion.... Would you rather have MW, McKinnie, or the guy who toasted him - Freeney taken after both of them at the 11th pick?
  19. If you asked me last week then I would no doubt say safety. Against the Pats and next week against St. Louis I say put him at CB. Maybe move him over against Seattle or Miami.
  20. I am confident that they will, but the Bills have just come off of a number of games where the wind was a major liability to the passing game no matter which way they were facing. Evans, being the deep ball threat, has unfortunately been a victim of the fact that the deep ball is a low-percentage play when the ball flight is unpredictable. They incorrectly, IMO, didn't use him in shorter passes because that is "supposedly" Josh Reed's role. That perception is changing. Wait till the winds aren't so treacherous and sparks will fly. I don't think that they have any away games in domes.
  21. Let's not forget....we didn't lose our first rd pick...we already used it on Losman. So any trades involving Travis and whoever would be adding a first round pick or (more likely) making up for the 2nd round pick lost in the Losman trade.
  22. After reading that article where he throws the entire Ohio State athletic program under the bus, I'm wondering why Clarett thinks that this will ease the minds of NFL GMs. How does this help his cause?
  23. Looked good on TV. His right foot was clearly in and he appeared to drag his toes on the left. Thing of beauty.
