  1. Posted this in another thread that has moved off the front page, but here's Gailey on Carrington from Chris Brown's Friday Q&A... http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2010/09/24/fan-friday-9-24/
  2. I say that Freddie re-emerges as the primary back this season.
  3. no need to insult the guy's manhood!

  5. I just remind myself that this is the Hall of Fame and being famous does not equal being good. If this was an induction into the Hall of Artists Who's Music was Commonly Considered to be Well-Received by a Majority of Critics then I might have an objection
  6. lol...just got it
  7. ty...guess my text is still forthcoming
  8. The only thing I saw about Brown in that link is that they're considering him.
  9. Pass rusher...pretty much any front seven position
  10. For the most part, Kelso's analysis is great. His voice does sound a bit like a professional wrestler's though....which is ridiculous because I know how big he actually is.
  11. 'Bout time a lawyer showed up and started drumming up some fake outrage.
  12. That's considered a polite difference of opinion at the Ralph.
  13. Did I miss something or was that the weakest "scuffle" in history?
  14. Where's that damn middle finger guy when I need him?
  15. Is there a good explanation for why one of the world's richest franchises, propped up in preseason to be prime Super Bowl contenders, are dicking-around with a kicker that seems to be still in the process of learning how to kick? Seriously? http://cowboysblog.dallasnews.com/archives/2010/09/david-buehlers-rough-practice.html lolBoys
  16. It's not about marketing to kids. Most of those kids are around preschool age and don't know who the stars are and don't care. The celebs are there for the adult's entertainment. Sesame Street makes a point of writing stuff in for adults to give them more of an incentive to watch with their kids. I know I was looking forward to watching the Ricky Gervais, Jimmy Fallon, Diana Krall and Adam Sandler episodes with my daughter. She doesn't give a crap who it is, but I might get a chuckle out of it. I also didn't mind the cameos with Eva Longoria, Jessica Alba and Heidi Klum. Sesame Street has a long history of inviting celebs and pop stars so you're memory isn't so good in this case: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_guest_stars_on_Sesame_Street Also interesting that Katy Perry hasn't be the oddest selection in the show's history. http://flavorwire.com/119578/sesame-streets-10-weirdest-celebrity-guests
  17. For $10k you'd think that would cover a good amount of confidentiality. Who would've thought that you can't trust a hooker?
  18. I can guarantee that would happen. We collectively suck at remembering stuff. Every day of the week after a loss it's "we're cursed, all the players suck, and this is the worst team ever" and every day of the week after a win it's "we only need a few more pieces of the puzzle and we're PLAYOFF BOUND BABY!"
  19. The Pats will just get somebody from the stands during practice that will be able to do this.
  20. It would be cool to hear more feedback on the game instead of just trying to figure out who is, and isn't, a nerd.
  21. GET THE RAIL!!!!
  22. If you low-blow Mother Theresa in the papers then that's one thing, but I'm not going to get too bent out of shape about this.
  23. Anybody notice that Brian "T-rex" Bulaga has taken the starting LT job for the Packers and has been playing well? Short-arms my ass.
  24. Moral argument aside, this move really surprises me. Eagles have spent several seasons setting Kolb up to be McNabb's successor and have paid him pretty well to be a backup under the pretense that he's being "groomed." Now they trade their future Pro Bowl QB away so that they can finally get some return on investment from Kolb, and they give him 10 passes before pulling the plug on the whole thing? Really? Personally, I'm not convinced that Kolb is a franchise QB, but Philly has consistently maintained that he was. To throw that away at this point is baffling. Add on the fact that Vick has an incentive-laden contract and if he continues to start, then he will hit his escalators win or lose and Philly will return to paying two guys starting QB type salaries. I don't get it.
