Did you watch his entire comments on that specific issue or did you just watch a clip out of context that told you what to think? He said that in the context of DEI, where airlines were purposely forcing quotas of minority pilots. This begs the obvious question if they are cutting corners and hiring under qualified pilots in order to fill a DEI quota. Wrong.
