It was constructed on restricted grounds at the Capitol. If those guys were truly Trump supporters there is no commie universe where they aren't punished for erecting it. Beyond that it was constructed in the early am, like before 7 am. Why was it allowed to remain there all that time on restricted grounds? It would take 10 minutes for Capitol police or buildings and ground staff to remove it.
