One of the major fallouts from this immunity ruling is the Supreme Court correctly held that you can’t gather and use evidence of the president’s internal deliberations on his official acts.
Because that would chill his official acts, of course.
And that’s exactly the evidence that Alvin Bragg, Matthew Colangelo, and Judge Juan Merchan used in the bogus show trial in Manhattan against President Trump.
It looks like this New York case was stopped in its tracks. At minimum, Judge Merchan will have to declare a mistrial due to the introduction of evidence the Supreme Court just ruled they can’t use.
Yet another victory against lawfare.
