NEW: Allentown, Pennsylvania employee LaTarsha Brown charged after placing a noose at her own desk to stage a hate crime. Jussie Smollett would be proud. About two months ago, Brown reported finding a noose at her desk at City Hall. Police requested DNA samples of people who were working in the office at the time of the incident. According to Capt. Steve Milkovits, every employee at the office agreed except for Brown. The Pennsylvania State Police Forensic DNA Division later released a report revealing that the DNA on the noose matched Brown's DNA. Brown worked for the city’s community and economic development department. She faces misdemeanor charges including making false reports and fabricating physical evidence.

They were all pardoned, even the violent ones, because their constitutional rights were obliterated by the Biden DOJ. We can start with their right to a speedy trial guaranteed in the 6th amendment. Now quick, turn to CNN and rage about illegal alien violent criminals being denied due process.

The husband, Christopher Price, had just learned his cancer returned--Boasberg sentenced him to 45 days in federal prison. Boasberg sent his wife, Cynthia Bellinger, to federal prison for four months on same misdemeanors. Boasberg: "And while I completely agree that your actions were not violent, you didn't assault anyone, you didn't destroy anyone, you didn't steal anything, you were part of that mob. And a mob is only a mob if it has numbers. If it is three people or five people or seven or fifty, they don't get anywhere because the Capitol Police is able to resist them." He then berated the couple for not having remorse over their nonviolent participation in the protest: "The conduct of you folks, if you had accepted responsibility and been remorseful early on, you wouldn't be here.
