You are perfectly free to make these ghoulish statements. None of these idiots are being arrested or charged with crimes. But at the same time employers are perfectly within their rights to terminate you if they determine that your statements and actions don't align with what they want in an employee. Which again makes it all the more fascinating that so many people think that it's somehow a good idea to put these statements and videos out there.
