  1. How about he Bills run Shady right at Gilmore a dozen times, and Gilmore does the Gilmore whiff a dozen times, even jumping right over Shady once. Shady gets three TD's and the bills finally get a home win again against the Pats.
  2. Zay isn't there yet.....yes he caught a TD last week, but he dropped one also. Need to see what he does the rest of the year........he hasn't shown me big time stuff yet. Learning to be a receiver right now.........and, he is not a speed guy.
  3. Whaley's ghost is in the building.................its saying "remember Sammy Watkins..." NO MORE TRADE UPS!!!
  4. bills kept running the ball when the Chiefs had 8 in the box..........got to throw in those situations....not kill shady with loss after loss. Dennison at fault here.
  5. You can't get rid of your average QB until you have a better one. NP ain't there yet, may never be....drafting a #1 rnd QB will not be better than TT out of the box next year either. The only solution that allows you to ace out TT immediately is signing somebody like Cousins....for $25 or $30 mil a year. Yes, those are the numbers...if Cousins won't sign with the 'skins, and the 'skins franchise him again, he will make $35 mil next year. (imho, why would he sign with the skins in that case?)
  6. Yes, he will be here. Of course, his production would be higher on a per carry basis if they would stop running him when there are 8 in the box....must have done that 8 times today. Need to throw when there are 8 in the box, that simple.
  7. Of course, this was the only realistic choice. He has the authority to start Peterman......but, can't handle it with the team or the fans. (the front office would be supportive, however) We will see Petermann again, though, when the Bills are out of it. And, don't worry about TT, if the Bills don't want him, he will get an 8 figure contract from somebody...Denver, San Diego, whoever........
  8. I had hoped we could move Dawkins over there, but Glynn has been to unhealthy. Dead weight for the team imho. We need to draft another tackle high...and unload Cordy....a good player when healthy, but, apparently never to be solid again.
  9. I too watched the Clemson/Pitt game....my only college game of the year btw. Peterman threw the deep ball very well, and roasted up the Clemson secondary. I thought at that time the QB had a future. I was thrilled when the Bills got him in round 5, as I never guessed he would last that long. I guess Sunday we will see the start of that future.
  10. Tolbert doesn't belong on this team.......McD has some sort of blind spot about this guy. OK, he is not Shady by a long shot, but he isn't anything by a long shot either. Last week when he should go get the first down....he gets totally stuffed....he could not deliver the blow and get anything postive. That is supposed to be his game....and he doesn't have game anymore........I hope tolbert doesn't see the field again this year. Resign Banyard............imho.
  11. Its pretty clear that not only did TT have trouble executing the Dennison Offense, the O line also has troubles. Putting Peterman in won't fix the fact that the line/Shady have not done well in Dennison's zone blocking scheme. My prediction...Peterman plays like the rookie he is..........gets two games, and then we have TT again.
  12. McD does have a little of Greg Williams mentality in him........his way or the highway....and some players won't take to that ...Darius was one of those. I hope the Mc D does better than Greg Williams did here, but, based on the history of the Bills organization, I would not be surprised at all if McD was another epic fail. 17 years caused me to finally give up my tickets.......and I am not looking back on that option. Its mostly free on TV anyhow...and I don't have to trudge to the studio...I mean stadium.
  13. With the minimal crowd, it should not be called a stadium, it should be called an outdoor TV studio.
  14. Probabiliy a legitimate effect. But, this team is better coached and organized than any since the Marv Levy days. So, the scouting book is a legit idea...and does apply, but I am thinking that its not as big a deal as in the transition during other regimes.
  15. KB is only "locked up" if the Bills choose to pay him $8mil next year. I don't think that decision is made yet........I am guessing that B and MCD , however, won't pass on their "Carolina connection" guy. (unfortunately just like Rex had a thing about former Jets on the team..any of those guys still around?)
  16. Arizona I am guessing. Lost Palmer and don't have a solution at QB. At least Kap could get a look see from the staff there. But, rumor has it that Ariens is decamping/retiring and I don't know what a tryout of 9 games with a lame duck staff does for Kap in the long run. I don't care about his views.....don't respect his method of showing them...but, if its about football, he might be the right option at the right price for that franchise at this time.
  17. glenn is to good to trade for a late rounder....Dareus...that was a good move...glenn is not a problem...except for the injury stuff. Started last two games and did great. I would part with SH for whatever they might give.......even a late round pick. SH will be out a year next infraction, who would want to risk the disruption of losing a starting tackle midseason to a pot suspension.
  18. Tolbert has been better than I expected, so McD was partially correct. But, tolbert is still an overage slug......he has football sense.....but limited skills in the extreme in terms of speed and threat. Agreed Shady needs a better back behind him. Taiwan Jones is next in line right now, I think now that Joe Banyard has been released.
  19. Going to take $25 or $30 mil a year to sign Cousins.....not happening in Buffalo imho. If the 'skins franchise Cousins again, its $35 mil for the 2018 season. Were I Cousins, I would consider taking that risk. Has done it successfully already two times...........
  20. Yes, I think they will use Milano in passing situations, as he has better coverage skills than Humber. (and has produced two big plays in two weeks in coverage)
