  1. I can do without Monday night football for a long time........since the Bills are not on there this year. (DirectV customer here)
  2. Beasley has good, but not great hands.
  3. I love it when the NYC media cries about the Jets and Giants. Makes the wins down there doubley enjoyable.
  4. Actually, they threw pretty well in the first half, the turnovers were the issue. I think Daboll is a competant O coordinator, but he will have to prove it this year. He was on Bellicheats staff for so long, I think, if anybody can game plan against that evil genius, Daboll can. I fear the Bills don't have the receivers to knock out the Pats however. The best chance is week 4 imho.
  5. He should get a letter from the commissioner.
  6. Allen has a lot to work on, but, progress is being made. Lets keep our money in the game on Josh.
  7. We get them again on Dec 29. Lets hope that game still matters to the Bills.
  8. On California, north of SW Blvd. A bit of a hike.....ONLY CROSS SW Blvd where there are cops or you might get dead!
  9. I think its a line from Hamlet......really....
  10. Brown can't be the smartest guy on the block, so it will take him a couple of weeks....but, he should be ready for the Bills Sept 29. (UNLESS HE DOES ANOTHER CRYOGENIC TREATMENT?)
  11. Ab and JOsh gordon.....a match made in heaven.....troubled souls for sure. Good luck to the Pats (NOT)
  12. Can't hang that fiasco of a stadium in Vega on Gruden. I drove by there a couple of months ago. $6 billion.....and right on the Strip. Going to be a lot of trouble when the black and silver fans show up in Vegas....will the locals tolerate rowdies?......stay tuned and buy lots of popcorn...you are not going to want to miss a minute of this slow motion fiasco.
  13. How does this guy make the 53 hurt?
  14. A Win. It would be super sweet, cause I love to hear the NYC Media crying.....
  15. Yes, I was in the stands in front of Mr Wilson's box, and, one of the goal posts did make its way up to him. He grastiously accepted the gift.
  16. Davis Webb was in the Jets camp, and is not ready to run the Bills O........"ready" being the operative consideration here. I don't like the Bills putting out a QB with 11 days with the team....like they did with Barkley last year. Yes,Barkley led them to a win over the hopelessly inept Jets. But, a better team would have taken advantage of the fact the Barkley only knew a fraction of the playbook, and didn't even know all the receivers by name.
  17. Back in the day, the second string QB was always the holder. I guess the risk of injury changed that....I don't know the thinking. The second string QB as holder makes the threat of a fake/pass more viable for sure. I do wish the Bills had a 3rd QB ready on the practice squad, and I blame McBean for not having that guy in camp. (as TJ turns out not to be that guy) Or maybe McBean figure he will be available if they need to sign him off somebody elses PS.
  18. To complicated....bet the games etc and the AFC and Superbowl championship if you want to gamble. I put cash on the Bills against the Jets and took the 3 points in Vegas in June. Sports books have opened in NYS in the mean time. I was at Del Lago just east of Rochester for lunch on August 23, and they had just opened their sports book that day (first in NYS I was told) I checked the line on the opener, and it was .....3 points. So, sports betting is here folks, I don't know if any of the Buffalo area casino's are putting one in however. From my house in Niagara County its 105 miles to Del Lago.....to far to go.....imho. (I also took the Bills to win the AFC at 36:1, a true fan/fools's bet)
  19. I am hoping the bills backup isn't better than the Bills starter.
  20. Remembering rick Robey of Dolphins fame...he was that big.
  21. I think the idea that he is here for a look see and a download on the Jets offense is the combined idea. Now, after a couple of weeks, if he doesn't look like an upgrade to Tyree, we might yet see TJ on the practice squad. He did go through camp, and knows the offense (or he should anyhow). If an instant backup is needed, I would not be surprised to see Jackson back in Buffalo this season. Lets hope that isn't the situation, however.
  22. Hispanic heritage is irrelevant. Kicking capability is ALL.
  23. Knowing how to win is a skill. the preseason showed there are winners on the roster. Cleveland has a great #2 punter.
