  1. Let Diggs perform to earn it. All those highlights in MINN don't mean anything. And, I think he has several years to go. If he sits out, lettem sit....no more caving like the Jason Peters situation. And, Oliver has not shown his chops yet....likely will, but you never know.
  2. We have seen his act...brittle and can't be on the field enoough.....no return for M Goodwin.
  3. Pegs tinkering w the structure of their management organization. It was inevitable, to me, that old timers would eventually go. But, McBean are new timers..Pegs people, and not going anywhere imho. Now, PSE could potentially imact the Bills, but, lets hope that McBean have a proper disrespect for management. (I didn't make up that term)
  4. Not so, really. CJ Spiller was a 7...and, he had so much trouble learning the play book that the Bills had the RB coach signaling in what to do from the sideline...he couldn't get the calls in the huddle.
  5. EJ was never going to make it. He was missing TJ Graham by 10 or 15 yards on all verticle routes early years. He had a few good games, but, I will never forget the fiasco in London. EJ, like Losman, did not have the head for the game imho. A decade wasted on those two guys. And, then there was Todd Collins......oh, never mind. (a failure in Buffalo but 15 years in the league)
  6. I recall his tenure. Yep, an old guy. The coaches wanted to give him a chance to make it, but he had a terrible start to the season, and the players felt he was "shaky" back there. So, the Bills cut him, he lost the confidence of his teammates. I was not surprised he resurfaced in the league, but, he had worn out his welcome with the Bills.
  7. Interesting parallel...I see it! No, real players availble in rnds 2-3, and sometimes in rnd 4-5 the one reason to get back into the first is you get to keep they guy for a fifth year if you want.
  8. I believe Romo's success as a commentor (he is great!) is making networks look at name brand QB's as future commentators.
  9. JW threw 30 ints last year. He was a starter, a horrible starter.
  10. Bills had a creampuf schedule last y ear. tougher this year, so staying even is growth to some extent.
  11. Cam has made a lot of money. Without an offer he likes, he just might sit out a year. He got pretty beat up over the years....maybe like Megatron in Detroit...time to get out. Winston has the arm, not the head I am guessing based on 30 ints. He is going to have to take backup money and try to win a job......I read Winston has matured, but, he had a lot of that to do........he does have fire in the belly though, somebody will take a shot with him imho. Cam I am not so sure.
  12. I have been bothered by the fact that TT couldn't unseat Jalen Hurts from the Qb job during the year TT came in a rescued bama in the championship game. Something didn't click....that was the year Daboll was the OC btw.....and I am guessing Daboll has some insight. (but he is not on this board)
  13. Taron Johnson and S Neal are both playing the niclel. Neal is the more physical and played a bit in it this past year. I am guessing a safety early isn't in the cards. Joe got that wrong...but, I always read him.
  14. Bills won't quit on Josh unless he totally craters. He will be a pro...a great on imho.
  15. Cowboys don't belong ahead of Bills imho.
  16. It would be good if a backup had a similar style to your starter. or If you had a backup that was EXCELLENT you could use him when the starter is having a bad day. (like the baseball reliever) Never understood why that doesn't happen in the NFL> Now, Barley is acceptable, he is a pro...weaker arm and less physical than Josh...but, the chemistry is right. Cam or Jamies would want to compete....Barkley is glad to be the roll player backup. (and haven't we had enough of FSU QB's anyhow)
  17. Some states are forecasted to "peak" with virus cases in June and July. Others will peak early, and get a second wave of virus in the fall. First vacine and games will be Fall of 21 imho. (yes, that is 18 months)
  18. I saw that game. Pete Metzlars, the Bills tight end, said in the locker room afterward. "It was like both Offenses were going downhill all day"
  19. After the stike in the 80's, I attended the Bills Miami game which was held after one week of practice. It was a horrible display of football....and I traded in my seasons for cash as that was being allowed. I would not pay for what they were putting on the field. It is about the money ! I think J Kelly was in that game btw. (I used the season ticket money to buy a St Bernard)
  20. The Pats and Phins are both media darlings, and the odds on their winning are always overstated/
  21. Yes, our CDC flubed it big time. When the World Health Organization offered their test in January, the CDC said "No, we always do our own" So, they went and did their own, but, it didn't work right....they rolled out a defective test to the country. After about 6 weeks, they recognized they needed help and the administration cut the red tape and allowed Private labs to develope their own tests. Did you know the CDC had a monopoly? Private l abs could not act without permission, and the CDC/FDA were not about to give it. Yes, Congress gave them that a few years ago, trust misplace imho. The CDC, then, deprived our leaders of almost 2 months of data, and we have not caught up yet. Hard to fight a war without the data.
  22. I'm in Florida and its mid 90's these days. Not suppressed at all here my friend.
  23. The football cohort is hoping to have a 2020 season. Nobody really knows, but many have an opinion. My view....no season...college or pro.
