  1. Better late than never imho. On a more serious note, I think the Bills team environment has a flaw.....they are being to nice to each other....the leaders that are vaccinated need to call out the unvax folks for risking the season team result. Now, a religious objection is something else, but I would be looking at the fine print on the player contract and the league/players assoication contract. I was once in a corporate environment like that, where the team was to nice to each other....we got called out by an external advisor, and we stepped up our game in terms of internal constructive criticism. (pushed each other)
  2. I thought RG3 was in TB?
  3. Duke may yet be practice squad material, despite his short comings. Stevensen is interesting for sure, speed kills as they say.
  4. Not gonna happen. He is likelly a mid level starter in the NFL. He took less money to come to Buffalo and tutor under Daboll. MT saw the J Allen success and wants to know what that is all about!! He will get a bigger multi year deal....and, perhaps, go with Dabs to another gig.
  5. Stub Hub is OK, h ave used in the past. The NFL ticket exchange is good but its more expensive in my experience. (used to be run by Ticketmaster). Some places you will be OK wearing Bills gear, but some places not. Don't wear Bills gear in Pittsburg we know from experience. On one trip to Baltimore we ended up in the section for the Bills players families, who do sit in one section. I have not heard of a visitors section however. Good luck, tiks should be available in Jv.
  6. I attend a game in the 80's after the players strike....one week of practice...Bills at home against the Phins. It was the worst display of pro football I ever saw....but, the money was more important than putting a good product on the field. This was Kelly era timing, I think. Anyhow, the notion vets can come in and play is wrong...they need the camp and some tuneup or they will put on a shameful display of football like I saw that day.
  7. Jon Gruden: Zay Jones taking advantage of opportunities with Raiders (yahoo.com)Jon Gruden: Zay Jones taking advantage of opportunities with Raiders (yahoo.com) Can't get the link to copy. Sorry.....
  8. Ford Field is a great venue, and likely lots of A/C. The only time I was there was in april for a non sports event, but thought highly of it as an NFL field. Not so much the area around it, but, good football place.
  9. Only for 2020 season as far as I know. I was one of those who got the free Sunday ticket. No word on the 2021 season, however. I am watching the Bills/Lions tonight on Directv 212 NFL network for free however. And, I am in Florida right now.
  10. Past decades the Bills have had a wrestler or two trying the DL positions. Things never worked out. Don't recall the names, but one was a high draft pick.(couple decades ago)
  11. The guy in Miami is gonna get more than one more year to fix the fins.......so if Daboll goes next year, it won't be to the fins.
  12. Yep, I remember the Bart Starr/Zeke Bratkowski days at Green Bay when they went all the way! I don't think Bean is trading MT any time, the "deal" was, when MT signed w the Bills, that he would get to understudy the Daboll/Allen method and have a learning season. I am thinking that Bean will live up to that promise, as well as keep the 1A Qb that Mitch is....
  13. Josh Allen last season reminds me of Kurt Warners sudden rise to QB stardom. Warner eventually won two Super Bowls, but kicked around a while before "breaking out" as an NFL QB. (longer than JA's two growing seasons)
  14. Well, #12 on the NFL side of the coin is good. The other side of the coin (Sabres) might not be that high.
  15. Usually a laid back crowd. Leaving by Q4 start....
  16. Marv is still running around Chicago, my niece sees him now and then.
  17. I agree LeVar would not make it....first night was a disaster , he calmed down some but lacks something.... I like Miamym Bailak, the neuoroligist and actor. She was spontaneous, and the contestants and audience both reacted to her in a way that no other test run candidate managed to do. After her, I like Ken Jennings as he also had the spontaneous responses needed to keep watchers engaged. Rogers is no go because I want him playing football for 6 more years, and he was a little stiff. I didn't like Richards, to automatic and lacked flair. No other serious contenders imho. One more thing....this decision won't be made by the seat of the pants. The corporate guys at (Sony?) will be doing surveys, they will be doing interviews, they will doing clinics with viewers. The data will matter . This is a big time corporate decision, as Jeoprady is a valueable corporate property, and they can't afford to get it wrong. I also think its possible that they do something inovative in splitting the job somehow.
  18. HOw many special teams snaps though?!
  19. I do recall seeing rodgers throw a TD to JK in the regular season in GB. Josh threw one to him also. But, JK did round trip to NO last season as the Bills cut him free once. Hodgkins really has to show he is a player though, we already know JK is. Prediction: Hodgkins cut and to the PS. JK makes it to the 53.
  20. I haven't seen Hodgins on the hoof or on the field. Hence I view all the positive comments as hearsay. Time will tell and the staff will make their decisions, I suspect McKenzie stays. If Beasley continues to be a distraction, he might hit the street, you never know.
  21. Rogers may be waiting for the decision on the Jeprordy host job. If he gets it, he retires.
  22. Great! I will be in Florida and thought for sure I would miss them.
