Living in Northern CA, the 49ers are ok, I like what they are building, and it is my sons' favorite team. The Raiders, they don't even know where they are going to play, so it's not hard to forget about them. NOBODY beats my love for the Bills. After them, it's just kind of a like for the NFL, or for the guys on my fantasy leagues.

RIP Mr. Montler. I know I have his football card somewhere.

I have thought for a long time that the 10 yard first down markers should do away with the chains and utilize lasers, same with the goal lines.

Try being a Bills fan AND a SF Giants fan. Both rosters need work. The SF Giants on Sunday almost lost by as much as the Bills did, and that's baseball!

My dad, nope, he didn't like sports at all. I guess just living near Buffalo from age 1 to 8 made me a fan. Ironically I was born in Florida, but my older brother is the Dolphins fan. I had a lot of bad years in a row when the Bills played his team. I'm now 55 and living in Northern CA, and still a huge fan. I do see some Buffalo Bills stickers on vehicles now and then.

I think it will be the 49ers. They have money to spend.

This has been a terrible week for Santa Rosa and the surrounding areas. So much destruction. Things that you never thought would be gone are now burned to the ground. Whole residential blocks wiped out. Some of the most expensive neighborhoods gone. We're hoping our apt complex makes it. We've been back a few times since leaving Monday morning at 2:30, but shouldn't have since it is in an evac area. Winds are whipping up again tonight. Won't be the 60+ mph like Monday, but could shift the fires back to our area. We're keeping ourselves ahead of the flames.

I can't remember if it was the Raiders or 49ers game, but on one punt play there were six flags thrown. One against the punting team, five against the returning team. The result...offsetting penalties, re-kick.

The other thing to point out is that EJ had another terrible game. The announcers were saying that he may have just sunk to third string.

So sorry to read this news. A child, no matter how old, is the toughest loss a Bills fan will ever endure. My prayers are out to you and yours.

I could have sworn that this is exactly what was being said in San Fran when Roman was there.

The Bills might want to take a good look at LB Marcus Rush just released by the 49ers. That kid was all over the field and in the backfield this preseason.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

The NFL is going to suspend everyone the 1st four games so that Brady doesn't miss any time.
