Bengals going back to Andy Dalton
IDBillzFan replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just tell them, "Hey, at least your franchise has a quarterback who's had some 300-yard passing games this year!" That'll make 'em feel better. -
Some people see Schiff ignoring the facts. I see the media doing everything it can to present evidence to the left that the impeachment hearing is going down as one of the most embarrassing miscalculations since Hillary wished a happy birthday to her future-self president. Even Vanity Fair is telling them it's a loser. The DNC campaign war chest is telling them it's a loser. Hell, the Trump campaign war chest is telling them it's a loser. Again, you have to be dumb as bricks to be following these chuckleheads into battle.

Josh Allen highest ranked ELO in AFC East now...

They have not beaten a team with a winning record this year. How the Bills are TD dogs is bewildering, but that's why I stopped betting football. -
Can't believe the Bills open at +7 vs. Dallas.

Could there be another 32-point come-from-behind victory today in Nashville?

Not until we move Milano to MLB.

Hans Gruber?

Cheap shot whores. Every game. If they can hurt a quarterback, penalties be damned.

It's a relative thing. The beach was somewhat nice to visit, but it never took with us. My son managed to skip my genes and is incredibly intelligent, especially with math and science. He has potential to do great things. He's in one of the best charter schools in the country, and loves being in the mountains. He'd be the first to tell you he's a grateful bastard. Last week he told me he finally feels like he's home, which makes me a grateful bastard.

Week 12: Broncos at Bills Postgame Thread
IDBillzFan replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Probably the best game they've played against a formidable defense. Was really happy to see them get aggressive with 57 seconds on the clock near the end of the 2nd quarter. Gotta clean up the stupid penalties that killed that effort, but it's nice to see the coaches taking the 'fearless' chant to heart as well as the players. -
I have one and not only does it influence my vote, it influenced my residency. However, it didn't influence my federal vote so much as my state, county and city votes. CA votes at the federal level are useless. But because the state of CA consider ballot harvesting legal, my local votes never mattered. Which is one of the main reasons we moved out of the state.

It's probably useless to explain this to a devout liberal, but if you really feel like he's preventing you from enjoying the board, it's not on him to fix that. It's on you. Just use the ignore button and a little restraint and your problem is mostly solved. Some people like to explain how they have some higher-ground reason for not using the ignore feature, and I have no idea why that is, but this board became immensely more enjoyable for me once I put idiots like Tibs and Busey and Qtip on ignore. The intelligence factor skyrocketed because they are simply not educated enough to carry a conversation that hasn't been spoon fed to them. Put DR on ignore and fix your own problem.

I know. Then CNN added countdown timers to every event they could consider important. It's why I don't watch any of them any more. Not even a little. I know it's popular to suggest conservatives all watch Fox News around the clock, and everyone knows they fill the void left by every other news channel, which caters to the far left. I have many far left friends who used to consider Keith Olbermann "must see TV" every night. If you have even a sliver of objectivity, you know all of it is ridiculous.

In fairness, I think people aren't so much tired of hearing about the impeachment than they are seeing and hearing news and social media reports all blaring the "BREAKING NEWS" gong with something perceived to be "the final nail in the coffin" or the next "bombshell," only to find out it was (a) neither and (b) in fact was manufactured by the media to appear to be both. You see it constantly here from Tibs and Gary, etc. They grab some massive CNN or VOX headline and post it with that ignorant "We've got him now!" mentality, only to ultimately morp into "Well, if it turns out to be true one day, THEN he'll be in trouble!" Call it crying wolf or whatever, but I think when people hear "BREAKING NEWS ABOUT TRUMP IMPEACHMENT!" most people think, "Yep, fifth time this afternoon. Wake me when something really juicy happens."

It's funny to me that so many people on the left unknowingly argue that the impeachment issue is not about something Trump has done illegally, but rather about how much they don't like what Trump has done. And the more they keep making the argument, the more convinced I am that they are looking at internal polling numbers and have decided that trying to take out Trump with no evidence is their best change to win in 2020. I keep waiting for Obama to get some judge to open a sealed Trump divorce file. When all else fails, warn of violence. It's almost as predictable as someone leaking that the reason Garrett hit Mason in the head with a helmet was because...wait for it...Mason used a racial slur! Mason is a racist! That's it!

He just needs to be nice enough for the photo. Since there are just three of us, we like doing VIP events with something or someone we like, and virtually every time there isn't enough one-on-one interaction for anyone to !@#$ up.

Both of my parents are gone. My mother died when I was 11, but my father lived to 92 in spite of being a douchebag. All grandparents are gone. My mother-in-law lives in Egypt and my father-in-law lives in Germany. My brothers and sisters are all on the east coast. So we're usually alone for the holidays, but we don't mind.

I've never done it deep-fried. I try not to invest in cooking devices that have a single purpose, and I'm not industrious enough to create my own fryer. We used to put it on the Traeger, but no matter what you do, the skin turns to rubber. We typically spatchcock now. It's not too hard to remove the spine. I usually get my liberal brother-in-law to do it because he knows a lot about not having a spine. We do a couple of different stuffings, but make enough to pipe it in under the skin, which helps keep the meat moist. We do another in a pan that has homemade sage sausage, mushrooms, breading and pine nuts, then we fill a cheese grater with extra pine nights and grate them over the stuffing. It creates a cool dusting that crunches up. Frankly, I'm good just eating the stuffing.

Knowing my son, and given the opportunity, he'd probably ask him a question about "The Three Amigos."

He's got a reputation for being a bit eccentric, but it doesn't matter. That's the first Christmas movie we watch to start the season and watching it with Chevy Chase in a small theater is going to be amazing to us.

What route do you take to Gates. Do you go over the river or through the woods?
