  1. I have to imagine they just didn't watch the play close enough.
  2. No one with an ounce of common sense can watch that play and think anyone other than Garrett started it by slamming Rudolph (and his head) to the ground long after the ball was gone. It's not even close to being considered any other way.
  3. That's too bad. Because they make the rockin' world go 'round.
  4. Which literally has absolutely nothing to with the type of place in which he lives. You should maybe get out more.
  5. The Bills walked into the game as an 8-3 team on a two-game win streak against a 6-5 team and were dogs by a touchdown. Let 'em crow as long as it's after the game and not before it.
  6. Too many plays to pick one, but my favorite part of his game yesterday was his command of the game in the second half. The Cowboy fans were done cheering. On virtually every 3rd down play...especially in the long 7-minute drive to start nailing the coffin shut...he was walking the line, back and forth, changing the play, motioning players, taking his time to see how Dallas responded, and then executing one great third-down conversion after another. At one point he literally walked all the way over to a receiver to the extent I thought they were going to direct snap it to the back. This was Allen at his best ever. There was no McKay in his ear telling him what to do until the headset was turned off. This was a second-year quarterback picking apart one of the best Ds in the game today.
  7. I'm grateful for games like this and players like Beasley, if for no other reason than it stifles the fans who think culture is stupid and if you want to win, you need a douche like Antonio Brown on your team, regardless of what kind of person he is. Winning isn't pretty, they argue. Do you want to be a feel-good-everyone-gets-along team or do you you want to win? Iron sharpens iron. Both, please and thank you.
  8. I so despise today's culture. With a passion.
  9. You can actually say that about the Cowboys. They have to yet to beat a team with a winning record, and when they play teams with superior talent, they have buckled. The difference between the Bills and the Cowboys is at least the Bills made some changes after they buckled. Will Garrett?
  10. We've gotten to the point in my house as I turn on MNF that my wife will inevitably ask "Are you going to spend the next three hours bitching about the announcers again?" Even the ref in the booth is handled poorly because he suddenly jumps in with some incredibly obvious comment, but they never intro him like every other broadcast. "Let's bring in Gene to give us his thoughts on that call." The MNF ref almost has to comment on a ball placement because it's like the booth forgets him, and he feels like he needs to say something to earn his paycheck. We need another Cosell.
  11. While I don't know if this is the case from Sunday, it's often been reported that coaches approach the refs and tell them to be sure to look for (fill in the blank) because (fill in the blank) does it a lot and never gets called. It's not difficult to imagine Bellicheck* nudging them to look for tripping. Of course, it's also not difficult to imagine the league needed the Pats* to win.
  12. They gave up two firsts for him. Two. A cautionary tale for those who were clamoring near the trade deadline to go all in this year, and for the Bills to get their hamburger today for some draft picks next Thursday. I suspect that trade will haunt the Rams for many years. Good news is, I didn't expect the Bills to have a shot at the SB this year.
  13. At least he didn't call him McClappy.
  14. Who the hell takes the moment to take a shot at McD? You should see a urologist about that problem you have of pissing all over your team.
  15. He's brutal. Just brutal. They HAVE to get rid of him next year. Put him in a box calling college games with Paul Maguire.
  16. They almost have the Ravens where they want them.
  17. They're both horrible. Worst ever. Last week they slobbered over BAD Mahomes passes. It was embarrassing.
  18. I'm so glad this is back. I've missed Berman like I've missed Cosell. The chick falling in the Jets sequence was freaking hysterical. Now if we can just find a way to replace the MNF crew, I'll be happy.
  19. I'm kind of surprised just how easily they're running all over Wade's defense.
  20. Not a good guess. Ravens will destroy the Pats* again before going up against the 49ers at the SB.
  21. I saw a great sign the other day that said "If you want to thank a veteran, be the kind of American worth protecting." @Tiberius will never understand that because as a leftist, he hates the military. His favorite American soldier is a dead American. He laughed at the Benghazi casualities, and he'll always laugh when American soldiers are killed in combat. Don't worry, though. They're losing horribly right now, which is why he posts the childish schitt he posts.
  22. The left will never take the Latino community seriously because they're too busy taking them for granted.
  23. Not crazy at all. If you can wreck Carr, you can wreck Dalton coming off the bench. Miami is done. No reason you shouldn't have a 5-game streak going against the Ravens. On the other hand, that's just the kind of thing that will make Jets fans think their team can beat the Ravens, and I'm not sure anyone can beat them at this point. I suspect they're going to make the Rams look silly tonight, much like you watched the Niners embarrass Green Bay last night.
  24. Typically I prefer people not quote Tibs in their posts, but the one you quoted was one of the reasons I want Trump to win in 2020. He's got people like Tibs puking all over their keyboards and it's the funniest thing I've seen in years. "Oh, you guys love to destroy the republic! You love to watch Trump commit crimes!" That's some meltdown funny schitt right there.
  25. Jets are on a pretty good run right now. They wrecked the Raiders yesterday and put Carr on the bench. They could go into Baltimore winning five straight.
