This is how CA turned every city and every county blue in the last election. Many of them decided days after while they tallied all the harvested ballots. If you live in CA, your vote means nothing. But hey...look at that view!

In the three years Trump has been president, the list of things the Dems have done to help this country can be written down on a piece of paper, crumbled up and comfortably shoved up the ass of a gnat. But in that time, Trump has not only put two conservatives on SCOTUS, he's packing the courts from CA to NY with more conservatives that you even believed existed. Unemployment is ridiculous. POC are earning more and have more opportunities than they have EVER had. Business climate is incredible. Welfare rolls are dropping. People on average are earning more. The bad countries fear us and the chickenschitt countries are pooping their diapers. All of that...all of it... in the face of deceitful opposition that is firmly based on one very, very, very simple truth: Hillary lost. So we get it. It absolutely SUCKS to be an I'm-really-not-a-liberal these days. Party hasn't been this embarrassing in years. So we don't blame you for joining the #orangemanbad parade. What else are you left to do? Think for yourself?

In all fairness, it's no surprise you're getting jumped on anyway. The board only has one or two liberals on it. Most liberals have stayed away (beyond a few drive-bys) because they're watching the DNC FUBAR their party and get Trump re-elected, and it's easier to just ignore their incompetence. So while we criticize your posts, kudos to you for showing up. Most liberals are too embarrassed by their party to show up these days.

Look, I get where you're coming from, but you're discussing this from the position of hindsight. I'll do this in Crayola. Bear with me. House decided Trump pulled a quid pro quo with Ukraine. House held deliberations, and paraded witnesses in to make their case to impeach Trump. House entered all of its evidence. They had so much evidence...'overwhelming' evidence, according to Schiff...that the House voted to impeach. Got me so far? So much OVERWHELMING evidence that they moved to impeach and take it to the Senate. You can not deny any of this up to this point. Now, they take the evidence from the House deliberations and present it to the Senate so they, too, will vote to impeach based on, again, what Schiff called "overwhelming" evidence. After a few days of presenting their evidence, pretty much the entire world realized that the House genuinely has no evidence. You can not deny any of THIS up to this point. If you think I'm wrong, then you can present US with the overwhelming evidence that no one showed this week. So House has overwhelming evidence, makes it case, and evidence turns out to be so bad that you are NOW suggesting that maybe new evidence can come to light during the trial????? If they need new evidence, why didn't they wait to impeach until that new evidence showed up? You see the flaw in your thinking now? So easy even a caveman can understand it.

I agree. I desperately wish he would knock off the name-calling and personal insults. I really hate it. But I've learned to accept it because it works to keep Dems out of office. I think it works because people like myself used to get so frustrated with the McCain's and Romneys and Boehners and even Paul Ryan, who I really liked a lot. They NEVER punched back. They took the high road while Obama and his condescending douche canoes treated America like a bunch of children, and we ended up with eight years of the most useless president in my lifetime. A lot of right-leaning folks felt the same way and they LOVE how he punches back. You can tell by the stadiums he fills. I'm convinced he's going to crush his next opponent in November. Maybe even get the house back. THAT is how much flyover America loves this man. And while he's being the current douche canoe in public, his policies are re-shaping America from courts to foreign policy in a way that completely strengthens the country. I know you don't care, honestly, but I felt like spitting that out anyway.

Years ago Paula Poundstone did a routine about the size of the bugs in Florida. She said one night she found a palmetto bug in her bathroom so big she tried to kill it with a brick, but the bug took the brick out of her hands and started beating her with it. I lived there for three years and don't miss one of those freaking bugs.
