NY seems intent on never getting one-upped by CA when it comes to absolutely buttphucking the people of the state. Gotta stay in power at all costs. I lived in Winter Park, just outside Orlando, for three years while it was over 25 years ago, the one thing I know is the weather hasn't changed. There are not enough beaches to make that disgusting sauna of a schitthole worth the move.

What we don't hear discussed much, but is happening everywhere, is that many companies are using this opportunity to re-calibrate not just the number of employees, but their salaries. When this hit, the first things a lot of firms did was release employees that were borderline employees to begin with. Those jobs aren't coming back. I have no idea how large that number is, but it happened everywhere and very few people discuss it.

That's probably not too far from the plan should this nutbag get elected now that he's secured the "you ain't black" vote.

I'm in the process of a re-fi to a 15 year to take advantage of these ridiculous rates, and my money guy said the re-fi market is crazy busy for him, but he's got us in a holding pattern as rates tend do go down as we get closer to an election. I'm waiting to see what rates we're looking at this morning, as they have been all over the map and VERY difficult to lock down for any length of time. This is the first time I've ever had all my paperwork in and still haven't locked on a rate yet. And yeah, I know, I'm not a money guy and I'm sure some money guys will tell me my money guy is wrong, but I don't give a schitt. There is little squabbling from me if I have to choose 2.8% or hold out for 2.5% mortgage.

Post season wins are do or die, so yeah, I get it. But to suggest Allen was the reason for the post season loss is to suggest Dak was the reason for the Thanksgiving loss. Not even close. Both games had multiple contributors to the wins and losses. And I stand by my original statement; there is more upside to Allen than Dak Prescott.

I just watched this game recently, and it remains to me the game that convinced me that Allen can absolutely be the franchise for this team. The dude was rock solid virtually the entire game, including (of course() the great fumble, recovery, push for the first down. But it's tough to get a bigger stage than @ Dallas on Thanksgiving, and the dude never flinched. In fact, the game made it clear there is MUCH more upside to Allen than the Cowboys will have with Prescott.

I've kind of avoided this thread because every time these things happen, people go batschitcrazy, but I can't just let you throw this low floater over the plate. They're probably sitting on the BAL info specifically and exclusively so you can have another week of hope that he'll fail the test, get booted from the team, and lead to the gutting top to bottom of everyone at OBD so you can finally have your shot to show the world why, really, you're the only person qualified to run the team.

I never said it was fraudulent in CA. It's actually perfectly legal. Including the ability to get the person to sign the ballot and let the person collecting the ballot fill it out for them. What I said was it was the way to disenfranchise your vote.
