There is nothing this story can explain to us about this Obama WH and Christians that isn't evident when you realize this WH Is stupid enough and self-absorbed enough to actuall think it's a good idea to sue a group called "Little Sisters of the Poor." His record is clear: the man hates anyone who considers themselves a Christian, unless they have a donation to his campaign.

Do We Have Any Bernie Sanders Supporters Among Us?

Maybe while the debate is taking place, she'll hold a benefit for Veterans, and then keep most of the money. -
Do We Have Any Bernie Sanders Supporters Among Us?
IDBillzFan replied to Rob's House's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Y'know, I realize that Bernie Sanders is full-goose-bozo socialist nutbag with unsustainable policies that border on the insane, but I am really starting to like this guy's moxie. It may just be because he's the raspberry seed in the Hillary Clinton wisdom tooth, but jumping on that opportunity was terrific and it would have absolutely been a massive blow to Hillary. Naturally, of course, and once again, Trump pulls out his favorite "I was joking" excuse, which I'm sure is going to be VERY popular if he ever makes it to the WH. Hell, being a Trump supporter has to be an excruciating job. "We're going to build a wall!!! Wait. No. That was just a suggestion, but his suggestions are the best suggestions ever. Besides, we're still gonna ban all Muslims and then we're...wait. What? That was a suggestion, too? Well, then, we're going to repeal Obamacare! Wait. We're not doing that either? "What are we doing again? Anyone? Bueller?" -

Because it doesn't really belong to them, Listen closely to the people who yell about a CEO's pay. Look at who they follow. Watch who they respect. You will find a common thread that gave Obama grief for a moment, but everyone ultimately ignored. His ridiculous "You didn't build that. Someone else made that happen." stupidity. That wasn't a mistake. He repeated something Elizabeth Warren was credited with saying during her Senate run, but lately I'm reading it was actually taught by some professor at a Northern Cal university. They genuinely believe that successful people would never, ever, ever be successful if the federal government did not exist to provide the things they need...roads, bridges, etc...in order to be successful. So, is that money really the CEO's? Really? Shouldn't more of it go back to the federal government which, in their mind, is solely responsible for that success? Listen to their rhetoric. They don't say "You didn't build that alone because you had help." They state, simply, "You didn't build that. Someone else made that happen." You didn't build your success. The federal government did. It's not your money. It belongs to the federal government. This is how they think. This is what they believe. -
I used to think that photo of Hillary wearing the Mr. Peabody glasses while giving her embarrassing "What difference at this point does it make?" moment would be the one that haunts her. But lately I see this one below an awful lot, and it gets funnier every time I see it. Hillary Clinton as a person and a leader perfectly defined in one photo:

The Mizzou/Yale/PC/Free Speech Topic
IDBillzFan replied to FireChan's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I was thinking today about some old 80s sitcom I used to watch called "Head of the Class." A class of gifted students...Johnny Fever was their teacher...a young Robin Givens before Mike Tyson beat her. It came to mind because somewhere in this day I heard the song "The Future's So Bright (I have to wear shades)," and ostensibly I remember an episode where the kids make something of a music video of the song. When it comes to the 80s, people love to joke about the music or fashion, with good reason. But in 30 years, when people think about this time, college students are going to be the laughing stock of this era. First you remove things, like titles such as Valedictorian. Then you remove other things, like failing grades. Then you remove more things, like the need to pay for this education. Next, you explain that no matter how stupid you are, you should at least be worth $15/hour. It won't be long before, after receiving free college, free health care, mandatory overtime, and paid vacations, it's easier to just let the federal government be in charge of everyone's retirement, and, why, before you know it, some will actually suggest that the only thing missing from the equation is the need to take Me-ternity leave...because, y'know, it's a hard-knock life, and sometimes you need extra "me: time but don't want to go through the whole, messy "have a baby" thing for that extra time. It's the unicorn gatorman and birdog dream about every night. So close they can smell it. -

Perhaps the next time Hillary talks about guns, she can invite the family of Kate Steinle to the stage. -

What is your point with this post? -
Who said I was more upset about this than the Hastert issue? Can you show me that link? Did you mention the Hastert issue and I missed it? Did you come over to this board and create a thread to express how upset you are about Hastert? No? You didn't? Then tell me...why are you so much more upset about this made up stuff, which you DID bring up, than Dennis Hastert admitting to being a child molester?

Which is funny, because the very moment you tell these same nutbags that you want to do away with all forms of welfare, they piss their Pampers.

Harry Reid. Now there's a man of the people! Well, actually, we hear he's a man of the little boys. Did he ever explain why that one eye went bad for a while? Oh, yeah, a treadmill accident, right? Yeah. Sure, Harry. Treadmill. Wink, wink.

The mall job wasn't Radio Shack. It was Hotdog On a Stick. I was in charge of lemonade production because sales were flat. Then it hit me...just because sales were flat didn't mean the people making the lemonade had to be. And, well, the rest is history. -
You do realize, I hope, that those are ALL issues stirred up by the left to create more distractions, no? Does the left not launder federal money to Planned Parenthood so they can sell baby parts from an aborted fetus and then have that money donated to Democratic election campaigns? Did the leftist city of Charlotte not first pass a law forcing everyone to let transgenders use whichever bathrooms they like before the state got involved? Does the left not force Christian bakeries to accept gay marriage or be put out of business because a gay couple wants to make the news? Does the left not attempt to force Catholic nuns running a shelter to help the elderly poor to provide contraceptives to all employees? Perhaps you're so eager to believe what you're told that you're not taking the time to fully understand the issues. In other words, you seem like a Democrat.

Trump vs Clinton: Pre Convention matchup
IDBillzFan replied to Dorkington's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Seriously. I mean, I could see if he said "I'm glad I'm not a Muslim" or "I'm glad I'm not an underaged girl on an island owned by Jeffrey Epstein" or "I'm glad I'm not an illegal alien." Trump has pissed off a lot of people, but he hasn't said a thing against homosexuals. I mean, it's just a matter of time before he gets to them, but he hasn't gone there yet. -

Finally we are seeing the Barack Obama legacy take root: cheap kicks that are ill, bitches. The simple fact that everyone will finally be able to afford the newest Jordans should reduce by half the number of inner-city deaths that occur every year. Now that's change you can believe in!!! -

The other part of this equation...a crucial part...is to stop thinking that the best you can do is right in front of you. Sometimes -- in fact most times -- your best opportunities are in another city, in another state. I've moved to eight different cities in four different states since the early 80s. While every move was a move up, it wasn't always a move for the better. When I moved from Florida to the Silicon Valley for a huge raise and promotion to my career, the guy who hired me was fired 60 days later and his replacement was shuffling the deck. Did I whine like birdog about how unfair life is? No. I threw out the widest net and got a great job near San Diego. When you're stuck in a rut or crappy job and you really hate it, you only have to ask yourself three questions: (1) Can you live with it? If the answer is 'yes,' then shut up. If the answer is 'no,' then ask yourself... (2) Can you change it? If the answer is 'yes,' then get busy. If the answer is no, then ask yourself... (3) Well...WTF are you waiting for? Progressives don't understand #3 because they think their existence is a golden ticket to hand-out city. Which is why having a discussion on this topic is fruitless and frustrating. -

Yikes. That's an awful lot of people spending an awful lot of money in hopes of finding one, tiny positive thing that may one day make it to Obama's legacy. You really have to wonder how many millionaires and billionaires have buyers' remorse with the unprecedented ineptitude that is the Obama legacy. -

Being a Democrat. Think about it. Your entire party is filled with people who are so lazy, they need to form a union and hire laywers to do their thinking for them. And they're so lazy they actually allow the unions to forcefully deduct dues from their paychecks to pay for the lawyers...or risk losing their jobs. And in the end, you're so lazy that you actually will work for $10/hour to protest not earning $15/hour to interrupt people who ARE working hard in hopes of getting them to stop working hard so they can lose their job, join the union, and get paid less money to yell at people who work hard. So yeah...the opposite of hard work is being a Democrat. -

SAD!!! -
The simple truth of the matter is that virtually no one would give a living crap about this topic if the left's leadership didn't raise a bunch of noise about it. And that's because vritually no one DOES give a crap about it. Redskins. $15/hour min wage. War on women. Islamaphobia. All of this is window dressing, pulled out in the past seven years, to keep people from focusing on the actual problems this country faces. There's nothing like a divided country to keep people from being focused. It's all just one big Harold Hill scene, with the left standing on a crate, asking the people of River City if they've noticed that the presence of a pool table had led to their children using phrases like "Swell" and "So's your old man!" And wearing their knickerbockers "below the knee????!!!" One big scam. And the mindless leftists like gatorbob and birdog chew it all day like a dog on a new bully stick.

Excellent article here about Bills prospect Kevon Seymour. Born into a cycle of poverty and crime that goes back at least three generations, he made difference choices and broke the cycle. And no, before your inner gatorman pops up, this isn't about his choice to play football. Read the story. Find the choices he made. They'll be obvious even to a person like you, who needs to blame the problems and circumstances of "those who won't" almost exclusively on "those who did." Laziest thinking ever. -

IDBillzFan replied to /dev/null's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
That's a useless argument because pretty much everyone would agree they are not compensated fairly. I spent most of my working life thinking I wasn't being fairly compensated. I spent the first six years complaining about it, then spent the rest of my life doing something about it. Not to mention, regardless of what level of poverty you come from, there is opportunity to make things better. But you have to want it. You have to work for it. You have to seek it it out and ask. The biggest difference between those who do and those who don't is that those who do just want it enough to seek it out. Those who don't just expect it to be given to them. They're not hard to find. They're the one's interrupting everyone who is working to whine about a $15/hour minimum wage they don't deserve. But what TTYT said is spot on: Stay in school, don't get pregnant, work your ass off. The more committed you are to your work, the faster you'll fly by the countless number of "those who don't." -
So what you're saying is all black households are judging him expressly on the color of his skin.. So all black households are racist? Is that your position? Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you what is finally left of the Sean Hannity audience.
