  1. Best. Meltdown. Ever. I really thought the left would take a breath to avoid piling onto the really embarrassing stuff. Apparently not.
  2. She is the comedian version of Cher in the gay community. They follow her everywhere, no matter what she says or does.
  3. Poor Granny Maopants. Always the victim, never the bride. DNC data folks set the record straight. Harsh language at bottom.
  4. These free cars are just to hold them over until the bullet train is done. In 18 years.
  5. CNN says CNN has not commented on stunt by Kathy Griffin, who is employed by CNN.
  6. That's exactly what I see. People I've know for years, but also children of people I've known for years, fresh out of college, eager to post speeches about income equality from hypocrites like Warren who work the banks in her favor...or speeches by Bernie about greed, written from one of this three houses, or comments from Bill Nye, a TV character whose background has nothing to do with science, about global warming cooling climate change. The problem is their bench is deep. They get it from their parents on one end and from UC Berkeley, USC, UCLA, etc. on the other end.
  7. I see business colleagues and old friends retweeting them all the time. It's how I found that article. There are more people who feel this way than you think. Openly advocating to give socialism a chance. Free college. Free health care. Free wifi. Free cellphones. Global warming. Cooling. Climate change. They've turned Facebook into a schithole. They're growing in numbers. They're graduating from college. They're on their way. Buckle up, buttercup.
  8. Salon ran an article today about how her stunt is just red meat for "the manic right." That's right. An openly far-left comedian holds a bloody, decapitated head of a sitting president, calls it 'art,' and in the eyes of Salon, it's the right who is manic. Meanwhile, the Trump/Pence 2020 Campaign thanks her for her donation.
  9. Side note overdue to be mentioned here: a devout leftist, reddogblitz' has been up Hillary's ass about the Iraq war since the first time I remembering him posting. He's one of the only -- if not, THE only leftist here who does not give Hillary a pass for her vote. And that's damn impressive.
  10. I think anyone who knows Kathy Griffin's career trajectory is not surprised this is how she gets back in the news. Next week we'll read about Joy Behar lighting a Trump pinata on fire.
  11. They seem to be doing a pretty good job of oppressing themselves lately. I'm waiting for them to follow up their 'blacks only' graduation ceremony with 'blacks only' bathrooms. The SJWs will piss themselves trying to figure out how to give blacks their own bathrooms, but still make the bathrooms open to the entire LGBTLMNOP community. If a white trans can't use the blacks-only bathroom, there's only one thing to do: shut down the Christian bakeries so it's fair for everyone.
  12. You wrote the above. Let me put it in crayola one last time so even you can understand it: I never attacked Tim Graham when he was posting here. I had no role in his departure. Not once. Not ever. Please stop lying.
  13. You don't even need the paper towels. Just put the corn (still in the husk) in the microwave for about 4 minutes. Add about another minute or so per extra ear. That's it. Cut off an inch or so on the big end, put something like an oven mitt over the short end and squeeze, and that sumbitch will slide out clean as a whistle and perfectly cooked.
  14. Sometimes I wish there were a way to truly give people what they want. Merkel says 'go it alone,' then so be it. It's like those people who jump up and down on TV and social media yelling "F the police!" We should note their name and address, and, y'know, put their information into a police database. When someone calls for help, and they're in the database, then they're on their own. I have no problem with a plan like that.
  15. You were eager to post the above take down on me, but too lazy to spend a moment to find out how unbelievably wrong you were? To recap: It's not difficult for you to make false accusations about me, but it's too difficult to find Tim in the members section, look at his content and find the Tim Graham thread right here. Guess who never posted in it? Guess who never did anything you suggested above? C'mon. Take a guess. You can do it. But yeah...I'm the one who hurts this forum.
  16. The Pulitzer stuff I admitted, straight up, to being subjective. People giving their peers awards means less to me than it does to those who need to receive them. It does say a lot about me, which is what opinions tend to do. Fortunately, I don't care what people think of me. If I did, I'd probably be butt-hurt about what Badol just wrote to you about me, then I'd cry and run away from this forum. But, y'know, you'd have to be pretty thin-skinned to leave a sports team message board because someone hurt your feelings. I'm fairly certain the Graham thread happened after the crash. He can find it in the archives. We'll wait. I'm off to be with my family for the day, but will try to keep an eye open for when he posts everything I put in that thread to run him off and ruin this board.
  17. What he wrote is false. He will prove this to you when he resurrects the thread, shows you all of my posts that forced Tim Graham to run away, hurt Badol's feelings, and ruin this website.
  18. Go back to the threads where Graham got his panties twisted. Now find all of my contributions that led to him leaving. Post them here. Go ahead. We'll wait.
  19. Thanks for a thoughtful response. My problem with Graham is much less about his writing and much more about him as a human. He's a fine writer, and by that I mean he is able to take stories and make them readable. As the internet has proven, it's not near as difficult as sports journalists would have you believe. I would also argue -- and this is completely a subjective take -- that awards like Pulitzer, Nobel, AP, Academy Awards, Emmy, Tony, etc. carry little water but for two groups: the people who give them, and the people who receive them. They're most often different sides of the same coin. But look past his articles and at the person who wrote them and it is much less celebratory. You realize he doesn't care about what he does so much as he cares what people think of him for doing it. Now add in his lazy penchant for prodding the low-hanging fruit that is a saddened Bills fan. Note his sarcastic, condescending game-time comments. Read how he responds to anyone who disagrees with him, followed by his fanboys joining in for a chorus of "If only everyone were as smart us Tim and his followers." Whish is why I refer to him as the Donald Trump of sports writers.
  20. When the next shoe drops, it'll look like a young Farrah Fawcett in a see-through? I can live with that.
  21. Not that I would waste money on a Heineken anyway, but still...this is on their bottles?
  22. Oh, great. The snowflakes have another excuse for sucking at things.
  23. Pork butt goes on the smoker tomorrow at 9. Carolina mop sauce through the day. Pulled pork by sundown.
