  1. McDermott released. Not enough fire when he's mic'ed up. How can he motivate the team when I can't even watch him on Youtube for five minutes without dozing off?
  2. We had too many outages here in Socal this past winter, so essentially we did like you. Bought a 7500 watt from Home Depot, with ability to run on gas or propane. Electrician gave me an outlet and cable, and can run my entire house except the AC. That said, I bought a Sportsman, and it's up to me to switch the power over, but it ran me $700 and was worth every penny.
  3. I didn't say they were exactly the same. I said Kap was every bit the crappy quarterback that RG3 is. When you're unemployed because you suck, how much you suck is irrelevant.
  4. I was referencing the countless articles on NFL.com. It seems like every other week there is a new article about him: what he still brings, who should look at him, why aren't teams looking at him, he can win it all!! Funny how you don't see those articles about RGIII, and Kap is every bit the crappy quarterback that RGIII is.
  5. This is interesting. Given how the NFL has been so brutally desperate to get Kap signed somewhere, the Ravens better come up with a damn good reason if they don't ink him.
  6. While I liked both of those movies, I thought the one that exceeded those was "For Love of the Game," and there are few things I find as boring as anything to do with baseball.
  7. Funny. Now that the season is near, I've been tuning back to Sirius NFL, and caught Vic Carucci and some other talking head mention a tweet by LeSean McCoy about how, in life, you make good decisions or bad choices. That was all he wrote, but it gave Carucci the segue he needed to say he doesn't want to speculate what McCoy was talking about, but if he had to, he'd speculate that tweet was about Washington, and how it almost escalated into something horrible, and that led to talking about Washington's character, and that led to talking about a hooker in college. Guns and hookers. That's a sportswriter's wet dream exacta. Most sportswriters LOVE it when sports figures get in trouble, especially with something like guns, so they can take their high-and-mighty act on the road for click baits and interviews. People who carry always carry. It's not something they do based on where they're going to be. That may not make sense to you, but that doesn't mean it makes no sense to everyone.
  8. "A Better Place To Be" by Harry Chapin. Preferably the version on "Greatest Stories Live." A story in a story. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rgpbIPQl7CA
  9. I watched "How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days" on a plane, expecting only to pass the time on a cross-country flight, and laughed my ass off through a good portion of it. Plus, it was Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughy, both of whom I like. Jennifer Garner in "13 Going on 30" was as close as you're going to get to an excellent female version of "Big." My wife made me watch the "Thriller" scene, and I ended up making her start it from the beginning. In fairness, I'm also content watching Jennifer Garner credit card commercials. Not sure if this is a chick flick, but "Always" with Richard Dreyfuss, Holly Hunter and John Goodman is one of my all-time favorite flicks.
  10. Good news...the UK is banning ads that stereotype gender. You WILL be made to care, pansies.
  11. Seriously. Watching people piss and moan about Trump being a moron...Trump being a narcissist...Trump being undisciplined...Trump being a massive embarrassment...Trump changing his position on things... I'll take it all day, every day over the Lady Maopants.
  12. None of them have ever been in Cliff Clavin's kitchen.
  13. Yes, let's elect the hypocrite. "I stand with the little guy who gets left behind! I mean, I don't actually stand with him because I own three houses and my wife is corrupt, but I WOULD stand with them if I didn't have to look down on those little peons." Your BernieBots need to wake. He and Lizzie are playing you all for the lazy slugs you're so desperate to be. Free college! Free wifi! Free phones! Dumbasses.
  14. No one loves cop killers more than the left.
  15. You think Obamacare is a disaster because the right wanted nothing to do with a law so bad that no one on the left even bothered to read it? You really are batschitt gator-level stupid at this point. Obamacare was shoved down the throat of the US by the Democrats against all objections. That's it. Plain and simple. But hey...you blame the right. It worked so well for you the past eight years.
  16. Forgive the overused cliche, but the parties are two sides of the same coin. It's no different watching the left acting so incredulous that the right is trying to pass a health care law without first reading the bill.
  17. Because they seem to be focused only on stories that will somehow magically nullify the last election so Hillary can take her rightful place on the throne.
  18. Now you're just looking for something else to B word* about. If we reduce voter fraud in this country, who gives a crap what is motivation is. Oh, wait. I know who gives a crap. Everyone who thinks Hillary should be president right now but can't wrap their mind around the fact that America soundly rejected the money-laundering fraud. *Holy crap. Can you now not type the worth b-i-t-c-h here? How will baskin log in?
  19. I think it was right about the time Kamala Harris was running for Senate and needed a bunch of Planned Parenthood donations.
  20. Why didn't you just use your baskin username?
  21. What difference, at this point, does it make? You wrote "DON'T LIE!" Benghazi was one of the most despicable lies we've seen in years. Straight to the face of the victims' families. I just figured you'd be upset by those lies as well.
  22. Man, you must have been PISSED about Benghazi, right? Right?
  23. I can see where his style of humor may not be for everyone, but least funny? Sheesh. His bit on club sandwiches is terrific. How do you feel about frilly toothpicks? I'm for 'em. Then this club is formed.
  24. Sometimes I think he does it just because he knows leftists get cranky when they realize there is an opposing viewpoint to their own. Typically leftits prefer to bypass offering their own viewpoint and instead spend time discrediting or shutting down the source of the opposing viewpoint.
