None of that really means anything beyond the fact that we're trying to elevate a very small group of people and assign their craziness to all Trump supporters. No one with even a shred of discernment should be able to watch CNN and not realize they deserve every dump of schitt that Trump throws at them. They have, remarkably, become the poster child of the unhinged left. They're MSNBC with an audience, and Jim Acosta is their Ed Shultz. It is virtually unwatchable now.

Then say it's on the rise "in your social media feeds." What you see in your self-filtered feeds is not indicative of what is happening in the country. You can create a feed that follows or friends only producers of horror movies, but you can't come back here and tell everyone that the number of horror movies is on the rise simply because there is a large number of horror movie posts in your social media feeds. It's disingenuous as worst and dumber than Ocasio-Cortez at the least.

It does NOT mean the incidents are on the rise in this country. It means the number of people talking about it in your social media feeds is on the rise. Guess what, NO ONE ever talks about it in my social media feed. By your logic, that means it's actually on the decline. How are you completely unable to discern that unbelievably simple fact? Unfortunately, people forget that news stories came in a handful of slow-moving ways: newspaper, nightly news, monthly magazine or just old fashioned word-of-mouth, which is how I learned Mikey from the Life cereal ads died because Pop-Rocks exploded in his mouth. We can get stories on anything, sent as updates, at any time we determine, in countless immediate ways: email, phone, smart watch, 24-hour-news cycle. The left, unfortunately, is able to successfully equate "getting more information faster" with "incidents are on the rise." They're lazy and dishonest, but it unfortunately works for their thoughtless followers.

You keep bringing this up as if it's something I care about. I simply don't care for the beaches, let alone the exorbitant cost required to live in an area to have access to something I don't care about. Plus, I bathe every day, cut my hair, shave, and drive a car, not a bike, so right away I don't fit in. First, I'd take venison over a taco any day. Second, unlike yourself, I have no desire to worry about who my neighbors are until they start building cardboard tents outside my house, kinda like you see here in Venice Beach. I didn't move yet. We're in the process of getting our house ready to put on the market in March. We've visited a number of states based on weather, tax rates, etc. and Northern Idaho really hit home for me. I grew up in the Catskills by the ski slopes and Northern Idaho is a lot like that, without the poverty. I tried to be brave and stay in CA so they can get my $12K a year in property tax, and ridiculous gas taxes and sales taxes and income taxes, but in the end, I was just too much of a coward and felt like I needed to leave it people more brave than me to keep tossing all their hard-earned money into a bottomless pit of homelessness, needles, feces, and bullet-train corruption.

This is one of the most ridiculous answers I've seen yet about global warming cooling climate change. If you genuinely believe man-caused global warming cooling climate change threatens a bright future for your kids, you're never going to fix that by telling people you don't care what they think when they're trying to discuss the data with you. And, you can't fix this perceived problem on your own. You need people to believe like you do. But you can't GET other people to help if the data YOU gave them is false AND you're unable to discuss why. Quite honestly, if you genuinely believe you need to ensure a bright future for your children by addressing global warming cooling climate change, you couldn't possibly pick a more wrong way to do it.

More to your point, you may not remember this, but during the GOP primary debates in 2012, Newt Gingrich took a CNN question about an interview his ex-wife gave, and he bludgeoned John King with it. The crowd went crazy. I mean, standing ovation stuff, and the more Newt turned on the moderator, the more boisterous the crowd got because he stumbled upon a winning message that the media is for schitt in the bag for the DNC. And again, what everyone forgets is that the whole Kenyan thing came up because it's believed this is what Obama put on his college application so he could get accepted. Much like Warren tells everyone she's part Cherokee, so the university can promote its diverse staff. Obama is no more Kenyan by birth than Warren is 1/32 Cherokee.
