IMO if the guy looks good on film vs quality lineman, dominates at senior bowl, & blows away at the combine, why not spend a 2nd round pick on the guy? We need another end & although he will be 26 next year that's not old. With Hunt 6'8" & Mario 6'7" that's a whole lotta passes to bat down. Add Dareus & Carrington "Mr Block" you have huge front 4. Kyle Williams will be 30 next year, perhaps rotate in Williams on nickel & dime (passing) packages?

Good chant idea, but i contend we need to add something visual to our non-violent protest. For the sake of continuity lets assume we retain our 4-3 defense. Our biggest weak link is any DE not named Mario, & Bradham being overpowered due to Moore / Merriman not holding up their edge. Dareus & Kyle are doing alright but are not consistently dominating the interior. Barnett is also not consistently winning his matchup.

I killed Chan yesterday in post so I don't think I will add anything more then I agree he seems genuine and a real nice guy. I can understand why players like him. Sadly for Chan the results just aren't there. It's time to fire Chan after the Jets game win or lose and I hope the fans who go to the game make this point known.
