  1. Snow not going to help these defenses here. Seemed like the defenders all on their heels.
  2. kind of just had a bowl of corn starch and dry spices and rolled the wings in there. Did it with the ones I regular fried too.
  3. Thanks for the tips! I did some in the air fryer (using corn starch) and some fried up in a pan. Both turned out crispy.
  4. haha— that’s great. And what a great get by Gmac and this program.
  5. I have dusted off my air fryer and going to try to cook wings in it for the first time in a few years before the game. Any advice or recommendations or recipes? I have never had much success cooking wings (other than deep frying). My oven wings come out too stringy and not crispy. And I usually don’t try the air fryer because the space is limited, and they were so-so last time I tried. Thanks.
  6. Amazing how Maliq has developed. The guy is also one of the only legit ACC big bodies we have had in years. Just think too if he can stick for another 2 years or so, and develop more of an offensive game. Could be an NBA player.
  7. What I don’t get is how open he always is in the red zone.
  8. Any fan of any team watching this game should be worried about the Eagles. It’s like watching the Ravens, except with also an elite passing game and two insane receivers.
  9. Sensai Krease: that’s not how we do it in my dojo.
  10. Mahomes gets the day off. I don’t know what the jags were doing on that drive. Drop both safeties down and bracket kelce. They are going to be throwing 3-yard passes and running.
  11. I have faith in Doug Pederson! He knows Andy Reid as well as anyone else!
  12. Look at you— making all these official threads!! well done, sir!
  13. During those SB years, they would do these huge features in the newspaper (D&C), with a huge photo of each player each day. I used to cut out those photos and hang them all over our basement. I remember right after that first SB loss, going down to the basement and putting up a piece of paper with the score on it and date, and then writing Bills versus ______ (1991 SB) next to it for the next SB. I was so sure they would be back.
  14. Good golf analogy! BTW, on the golf course, I am also really long off the tee with my driver. But then I proceed to engage in extraordinarily awful decision making and short-game play the rest of the way. I can play like garbage the entire day and shoot a 95. Or I can drive and strike the ball great all day, but still shoot a 95.
  15. haha. Off the subject, but I am 45, and have become a really good rec league player. It took me my whole life to figure out the secret of basketball— which is to not try dumb stuff and pick your spots and take the shots you can make.
  16. people don’t realize how tempting it is. It reminds me of playing basketball, and you know you are a great 3-point shooter and have a wide open 3. It’s tough not to take that, even though you are also fast and strong and probably drive to the bucket for a dunk too.
  17. I love the ending of M. Night’s “Signs.” Also, a very underrated ending is “La La Land,” where they have the alternate ending dream sequence.
  18. My keys to the game: 1) Which defense makes a “big play” (timely interception or fumble recovery) 2) which team is more efficient in the red zone. 3) which team minimizes routine execution errors (drops, penalties, and special teams errors). Both teams will move the ball. Will come down to a few plays here or there in the end.
  19. Agree. And who cares? Aren’t they all pretty great? Better to rank QBs by levels. These guys are all in the top level.
