  1. this though is at another level. People just fabricating stories about so and so to this team.
  2. yeah, McKenzie is not going to be the KR/PR guy. The number of muffs and fumbles he has had in Denver and Buffalo in relatively few chances is alarming. even in the 1 game when he was returning punts this past year, he almost fumbled the return he took for a TD and he misplayed another punt in that game For a near turnover.
  3. Note to self: Do not go into Twitter. The free agency misinformation by trolls is remarkable.
  4. my biggest worry is that they now land Deshaun Watson.
  5. Don’t underestimate player development and increased experience (especially playoff experience). Bringing back the exact same team from last year and they are automatically a better team. That said, I think we will see them in free agency and draft make some key upgrades still.
  6. Is it surprising that we haven't tendered our RFA's yet? I am sort of shocked that Ike and Levi haven't been tendered. Does that make them UFA's now?
  7. exactly. I get that people have all this hope in the draft. But odds are that anyone we draft, won’t be instant big impact contributor.
  8. agreed, especially with Dillon. I wonder if there are easy outs in this Deal for the packers; if so, Jones may never see the end of this contract.
  9. Looks great! I was reading a kids book with my children the other day where two Chinese twins made dumplings, and so my son and I decided to give it a shot to make them Ourselves. Made pork dumplings from scratch, including making my own dough for the wrappers. Not spinach, but they came out pretty close to restaurant quality.
  10. that’s because “some people” on here judge the entire season based on the KC game. 😬
  11. It’s not improbable to think our stud RB (Moss), stud DE (AJ) and stud TE (Knox) are all currently on our roster. Here’s hoping we see some big steps from our guys next year. Especially Knox. If that dude figures it out, he is easily the best TE in the league. His athleticism is off the charts.
  12. I learned this the hard way way too many times. I always tell a bunch of people beforehand too that I am DVRing it. Then, some random friend I haven’t heard from in 5 years texts me because he is watching the game. I started doing what you do— just turn it off. It’s tough though when you can’t see the game until Much later. the other thing that drove me nuts Were texts during the playoff games, especially from my well-meaning non-Bills fans friends. I would watch the games live, so spoilers weren’t an issue. But I just couldn’t handle the stress and distraction of a bunch of in-game texts. I just shut my phone off.
  13. agreed. Continuity is so important and now we have it. These guys can run block— just need to give them a chance to do it.
  14. this happens to me all the time. Even a harmless text like, “whoa— are you watching this?” Puts me in a total tailspin.
  15. couldn’t have really asked for a better draw. Not having to do the play-in and then getting an unfamiliar opponent, as you mentioned. Looking ahead too, it’s an entirely winnable bracket. There aren’t a lot of very scary teams in the entire tournament this year— we could see the most random Final Four
  16. Saints are geniuses. They are over the cap by like $100M every year, and still sign all the big free agents.
  17. Houston front office is so bad that I believe they think they got the other Shaq.
  18. I actually think the Bills may be angling for more or a James White or Rex Burkhead in free agency.
  19. When have you ever seen Carson play? He’s injured like 80% of the time!
  20. 36-18 Georgetown up at halftime. And Creighton is supposed to be a top-20 team? 18 points?
  21. This sort of also explains his wife being so vocal about his contract situation right after the end of last season. I thought it came out of nowhere, yet it didn’t— it apparently was causing him a lot of stress and contributing to his issues.
  22. This seems right. They aren’t going to go into free agency with zero flexibility. I am sure they have some agreements in principle to shift around some money.
  23. Not exactly my first Bills memory. But I vividly remember the 1988 pre-season American Bowl between the Dolphins and Niners in London. I remember really watching that game closely on TD, and a bunch of basic football rules really clicked in a way that was such an “aha” moment. I think that really ignited my interest in football, because both teams were exciting and I finally sort of figured out the rules and strategy. Of course, right around this same time, the Bills started getting good, and living in Bills country, it was perfect timing to get into the Bills.
